Took my deposit and never delivered the cans I requested (they had 2 weeks to do so). Spoke with 10 people over a week and nobody could do anything. Missed recycling day and 3 subsequent reschedules. They lied because I work from home and never saw the truck come pass the house. We are now into the latter part of the 2nd week and the issue is still unresolved. We have been "escalated" 5 times now... today is 04/27 and no member of management is willing to take 5 minutes and discuss the issue. I waited on hold for 29 minutes in efforts to speak with the boss of the supervisors to no avail. Horrible service - no accountability - failed customer service. If we could report a zero, we would. I can say that my trash is always picked up -- no problem there. But, I've had to call every other Monday for the past 10 weeks to have my recycling picked up (normal recycling hours are every other Friday for pick ups). So, I get to enjoy the views of my beautiful blue recycling bin at the end of my driveway all weekend long as a reminder of the ineptitude of Robertson Sanitation's scheduling & route coordination. It's Tuesday night and although I've been guaranteed 3 times since Friday that my recycling is moments away from being picked up, there still looms that brilliant blue rolling receptacle at the end of my drive still with a belly chock-full of cardboard, cans, plastic and paper. I can't count how many times I've been told, "Don't worry, I've passed this along to my escalation team." I'm fairly certain at this point, that the "escalation team" is just a made-up term given to their customer service to use when they can't actually fix the problem and have no other means to get a frustrated customer off the line. The smart thing would be to cancel -- I should have canceled after the 3rd time it happened. The only thing stopping me has been the $45 activation that their competitor (or sister company, I haven't actually researched enough to know if it has different ownership) charges. If this issue continues, I'll just pay the $45 because it's the same thing as continuing to give money to a company like Robertson Sanitation that won't actually provide services for that payment.

Quite possibly the worst dumpster company in the world…read more I paid $315 for a dumpster for 10 days when I was moving into my new house to throw away household trash. When the dumpster arrived I was super offended. It was disgusting . Super rusty and had wholes all in the bottom. You have to call and tell them when to pick up the dumpster. I told them to come get that massive eye sore out of my driveway and it took them 4 days to come. Also, the dumpster was so rusty that the rust ran out on my driveway, and left a huge outline when it rained. Now the entire driveway has to be pressure washed because of their nasty dumpster. After he hit me...he transferred abruptly to another lane and tried to run away from the scene. I actually had to get back on the highway and had to follow him to try to get his license plate number. There was not any license plate on his truck. (Now, i understand why) He finally drove off to the side, after realizing i was pursuing him. He got out of his vehicle and walked to the back of my Suv and he actually had the audacity to say that he hit me because i stopped on the highway. ?????. I corrected him and started to explain how he obviously was following too closely and i called 911. Police arrived and this driver told the officer that he DID NOT hit me and not only did he NEVER hit me, he said the only reason that he stopped was because he saw that i flagged him off the road to talk to him and tell him that maybe something was loose on his truck.????? I was absolutely shocked and appalled at the ease of how this driver "spun" his false narrative. I disputed this stupid narration in front of him, he obviously shamed HIMSELF because he was feeling too guilty to even look me in the eye. I called his company from the # on the side of his truck. A supervisor/manager came to the scene and i explained to the supervisor concerning what his employee did and his fraudulent claim and the supervisor looked more guilty then the driver. He never met eye contact with me either and had the gall to ask me, "How fast were you driving?" Really??? Such a dumb question to ask, when your lying, deceitful, driver just said that he NEVER hit me. They both seemed jittery, nervous and obviously had been in a situation like this before, since they both seemed anxious to not "fault" their company.
