So, I was so excited when I noticed that they were open when my mother and I attended the Paseo Arts Festival. When we walked in we were not greeted, but it was a busy day so I let that slide. As we walked around the store the employees hovered, but never made eye contact to say hello. I saw so many things that I thought my clients would like so I just ignored the bad customer service until I noticed that they spoke to several other people in the store, but never said a word to me or my mom. Just like their pictures do not represent an inclusive environment we did not feel welcomed. I put back the clothes I planned to buy and asked my mom to do the same. With all that is going on in the economy no one in the retail arena should ever give bad customer service that will cost them to lose out of sales. Now I will not shop here for myself or for others. Please make sure you treat everyone that enters your doors with exceptional customer service. You never know what kind of business they can bring you. Also, it's just the right thing to do!

They do have special sales that make them affordable. This weekend was 50% ,30% off. They have a design for everyone. Solid colors for the professional and playful ones and florals. When I first get a new one, I spray with a fabric protector ( can from Walmart by shoes) to keep clean. The ceiling lamp, which defies a name, which is made from a wooden spool, was absolutely wonderful. I wanted it. They also had some nice artwork and a mishmash of Estes, including clothing. In fact, they have gorgeous blazers.
