They have repeatedly failed to communicate unit owners and have been making decisions for the building that, as per the building bylaws, are responsibility of the Board of Managers, including firing a large portion of the building's staff without justification and failing to hire replacements. Our previous super was easy to contact, accessible, and responsive while no one knows who the super they have supposedly hired as a replacement is or whatlthey look like. They repeatedly fail to respond to attempts to communicate, and in the rare and extensively delayed instances they finally respond, fail to provide adequate responses. As an example, upon taking over from the last management company they failed to provide a way to pay monthly fees before the due date and continued to be impossible to reach well into the next month. They have inccurately calculated common fees and attempted to overcharge individuals, and still have not provided a transparent billing. I would not let this management company oversee a chicken coop, let alone a condominium.

She claimed she received a full price offer, and never allowed us to match the offer. Her ethics are zero. She has no idea how many lives she has ruined just to make a few dollars in commission.
