After a year of lock-down plus at least the year of "i'll do it tomorrow" it really needed some TLC. My goal, get a Wash to see if there was a need to go into a deeper detailing service. As the car has leather seats, and full WeatherTech floor liners, getting out the dust and crumbs should be easy sledding. Not so fast apparently. I again chose the highest service wash they offer and as I got out of the car the attendant looked in the car and said "We can't do that for your car". After I questioned why, he replied that the car was too dirty and needed an appointment to have detailing done. I said I just wanted to have the service complete and I would decide if I needed additional services after I saw the outcome. to this he told me, "We can do the outside, not inside". I asked "Don't you have a vacuum?" the reply came and stunned me "Not for your car. You haven't been here in two years." The kicker to all this is when I said to him "I don't understand" of course meaning "I do not understand how a Car Wash is refusing to WASH a CAR because it is too dirty, his response in Broken heavily accented English was "Do you speak English?" THAT'S IT. Final Straw! Camels back is Broken. I will never be back here again. Watch for my positive review of the site that took this same car 10 days later and did their full service top of the line wash, no muss no fuss and no condescending attitude.
