Now after all that, the coward has blocked me from contacting him. I'm preparing to take him to court since he won't return my deposit or start the work I've paid for. In November of 2021 I gave him a deposit for replacing roofs of my house and garage. At the time he said the roofs would be done within the week. Since then I have been told over 20 times the roofs would be done. I'm not exaggerating. Over 20 times. Yet he has never shown up when he says he will. Sometimes his lies are found out within the day, which would make them funny if my roof wasn't leaking. For instance, he told me today at 8:30 he would be here this afternoon to drop off some stuff. He never made it. Which is not surprising because he has done this over 20 times. Always giving me his word and promising to get it done. His word is absolutely meaningless at this point. If you decide to do business with Roof Chasers, be prepared to be lied to and stolen from all the while being made to feel like you're the least important priority imaginable. I give Roof Chasers Zero stars.

On a Sunday, my garage door spring snapped and I couldn't open the garage door. This needed to be…read morereplaced ASAP. I immediately messaged 8 garage door companies asking if anyone could come and fix this issue on Monday as early as possible. I sent them all the same message letting them know the first one who contacted me will receive my business. Chris sent me an email within hours stating he could be there by 11am and will fix my issue. He called me at 9am on Monday to say he could be at my house in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived. He had the replacement parts with him (not knowing the kind needed or what he was dealing with). He fixed the springs in about 20 minutes and then changed my entire garage door unit (previously bought by myself) within 40 minutes. This would have taken me an entire day to do!
