I recently had a tree get blown over during a storm and with the help of my neighbors cut the remaining segment of the tree down and cut it up for disposal. Initially I felt I could remove the debris to the local land fill. Rather than growing old gracefully making trips to the landfill, I called around for a company who could deliver a dumpster and haul away the small mountain of branches, limbs and stump. I called one company who said they could be right over to deliver the dumpster. I called back checking on the delivery and was told, "Oh we're very busy, we'll be out to you in 4-5 days." I was fortunate enough to have called Haywood Roll Off. The young lady who answered the phone understood what I needed, explained the pricing and assured me the driver would call me when he was enroute. The driver (John) did call and he made sure he protected the driveway when he dropped the 30 yard dumpster. John gave me his cell number to let him know when I had completed the task at hand was ready to release the dumpster. The delivery and pick-up went smoothly and the billing was accurate. This is a company, I will do business with again when the situation calls for a good company to help resolve a significant issue.
