It was intuitive and easy to navigate but we'd never reserved a car in advance. But we got a text that our driver was on his way well in advance of the scheduled time. There were a couple subsequent texts keeping us up to speed and Ahmad arrived 5 minutes early. He hopped out and put our bags in the car and made sure I got in securely because I was limping pretty bad, and using a cane, thanks to a tumble down some stairs the day before. The SUV was immaculate and had a very smooth ride, Ahmad did a great job getting us to Amtrak in short order and once again handled our bags. Everything went perfectly and smoothly from start to finish. Bottom line: I know experiences can vary wildly but the app functioned perfectly and Ahmad was super professional with a nice ride.
