We had an awesome experience with Clear Advantage Landscaping. Jay replied to my project inquiry…read morethrough Thumbtack quickly and we scheduled a time for him to come by to take a look at our yard to assess and provide a quote. Jay arrived on time to our quote appointment we had set. I explained the scope of the project and what we were looking to complete. I also explained that we were running on a tight timeline as we were prepping our home for sale and were looking to put it on the market within one week. Jay sent me the quote promptly, and it outlined the cost of each component. Once I was able to speak with our realtor, we decided to change the scope of our project slightly. Jay was receptive to the change and provided an updated quote. While I had received a few different quotes for this project, it was an easy decision to go with Clear Advantage Landscaping. I paid a deposit (half the cost of the project) to secure the work. The process was very easy. On the day of the project, Jay texted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time. We revisited expectations and he started on the work. He was very flexible when I learned that another contractor would need to be on site to compete work in a similar area. All in all, the project took about a 1/2 day and it looks awesome! This is the nicest our yard has looked in a long time and the work competed will assist with providing some definite curb appeal for our listing. If you are looking for a great landscaping contractor who is punctual, communicative, respectful, reliable, and does great work--choose Clear Advantage Landscaping. I will definitely be calling Jay to assist with landscaping needs at our new home.
