While talking, they mentioned they could also get a piece of missing siding replaced! I had a piece that I bought as the wrong color wanting to replace it myself, but didn't have a ladder tall enough. This was a no brainer to go with them, since they could get all of our needs met in one visit and had availability to do everything within a few days of me calling. While cleaning the gutters, they noticed things like incorrect screws keeping them up, and went ahead and replaced them for us! They also fixed some of our shingles on the roof line that were popping up behind the gutter so that they lay flat again. They did a great job cleaning, cleaned up the job site, and the siding looks amazing. I am SO happy to have all of these things done! They did this all for a great price and were in and out in 2 hours. I have so much peace of mind now knowing that all of these things are finally done. While he was working inside I had an opportunity to speak with him at length about his business and services he offers. We moved out of Guilford County up to Surry County in Rockford Township. Finding dependable and quality service providers in our area has been a great challenge. While I'm sure there are great folks out there we just haven't been able to locate them. I needed gutters cleaned and windows professionally washed...not cleaned with Windex and paper towels or newspaper. Rich cleaned our windows several years ago so I knew he would do a great job. When you schedule a service with Rich you receive a written quote via email that you can digitally accept. The appointment is scheduled via email. You receive a reminder a few days prior to the appointment and another reminder the day before. Rich sends you a text to let you know he's on his way. I'm so impressed with the professionalism this business displays. In addition, Rich does an exceptionally good job. When I paid him he did not leave the property until he had emailed me a "paid" receipt. I highly recommend this business and only wish I could give him more stars.
