I needed an electrical wiring issue diagnosed and fixed on my bucket truck and in looking for a…read moreshop to do this found fleet care I talked to the owner and he told me that this was one of his specialties so I dropped off my truck late one evening went to where GPS told me to go and that was to a fenced in lot that had numerus bucket trucks inside the lot so I assumed this was the right place and parked my truck outside the lot on the other side of the gate and messaged the owner that the truck was there with keys in it and if there was any questions to contact me. after a month of waiting with no word on the status of the truck I contacted fleet care and was told "I haven't seen your truck." it turns out that where I parked it was a Verizon substation and his lot entrance was less than 100' from there the next one down from where I had parked it. So, for a month the owner had been pulling in his lot and had to have seen my truck parked there until it was towed costing me $300. I chalked it up as a loss and gave the guy another chance to do the work. I told him I didn't need the truck right away but would need it at the beginning of spring well it has been four months and nothing but excuses "I had another truck to work on." " I had to go out of town." "I will call you back." the owner doesn't call back he doesn't do any of what he tells you he will. I gave the owner a clear deadline of Friday May 15,2026 or I would be picking up the truck and tacking it to special fleet service his reply was "Why don't you just do that." I would not trust the owner to lead the lunch line at a soup kitchen let alone work on anything after this experience he has cost me a tow bill due to his lack of following up with customers and scheduled jobs I had the key word being had.
