My Easter camping trip was nearly ruined by a plumbing issue with my camper trailer. I discovered…read morean obstruction in the cold water line, and after some troubleshooting, found gravelly, calcium-like debris in the faucet screens--pointing to the hot water tank as the culprit. (Don't be like me. Change those anodes once or twice a year). After my efforts to clear the line failed, I knew they would have to be blown out, and started looking for a shop, but being Good Friday, none had availability. Abandoning my trip, I headed home. 3 hours out, in Sumrall, MS, I spotted Dad's Camper Outlet. I took a shot, not expecting much, and wheeled in. I'm an experienced RV'er and know how hit-or-miss repairs on the road can be--but this place absolutely exceeded every expectation. Surprisingly, they took me right in and within minutes, they had 4-5 team members working on the issue. They confirmed the problem as sludge buildup from the hot water tank and spent the next couple of hours blowing out the lines, flushing the hot water tank, replacing the anode, disconnecting cleaning and reconnecting faucets in the kitchen, bath and outdoor shower --getting sprayed with sludge in the process (see the photo below). They stayed polite, professional, and upbeat the whole time. They fully corrected the problem and to top it all off, the price was more than fair. They even cleaned up the camper afterward. Huge shoutout to Justin Archer, the service director--he was an absolute lifesaver (Geaux Tigers!). Good heart and a consummate professional. Thanks to the team at Dad's, my trip was back on track. Having a few smaller issues to be dealt with in the future, my camper will be coming back, well worth the drive to know it will be repaired by folks who have earned my trust. Can't recommend them enough!

First off took camper in for inspection after I…read morepurchased it and was told the roof had bubbles in it ; that I would have to bring it back once warranty work was approved.. OK no probably. Once it was approved they called and told me that they would be replacing the membrane and they would call once it came in so they could replace it which they did call and I took it back months later I was called and told they tried to fix it but the bubbles came back and that my warranty was out. Which I politely explained to them that ; that wasn't my problem that they were supposed to replace the membrane ( that' what I was told anyway). So they fixed it I was called to pick it up which I did. After getting home i happened to open up the cover to the water heater and discovered the anode rod had been taken out (which no big deal I reinstalled it). Anyway for the best part pulled camper to campsite while setting up my power cord was no where to be found I'm 2 1/2 hours away from Dads location in Sumrall at this point and its 8 pm. so I went back home called next morning and talked to Justin which his reply was ( it happens all the time and that he would give me another power cord and $50-$60 for gas but I'd have to drive to get it I was also told a new cord would cost me at least $300) I asked him to just send me a replacement cord by ups or fedex which he denied.. I went to Camper World and purchased a new cord for $138. I wouldn't let these people work on lawnmower. read less

When you first sit down and want to buy a RV; they are your best friends. Me and the wife needed RV to be brought out to our property because we could not haul it. They told us no problem. Of course after the purchase there was a problem and they could not bring it out to us. We paid a friend of ours to bring it out to our house. Once we slid out the one of two slide outs we noticed bubbling of the wall beside mattress. We also started noticing a bed bug infestation of the RV to include in the drawers of the kitchen and bedroom! We immediately closed the RV and made sure we decontaminated ourselves. I called the local dealership in Hattiesburg and got the run around and even when I called their District Sales Manager. We had to get an attorney and now the brand new RV is getting repossed. We are out thousands of dollars and my credit is suffering due to all of this. Been a freaking nightmare!

I had to fly in, pick up the rig, take it to another shop to get a flat tow hooked up with some upgrades and then be on our way. I was on a strict timeline and could not afford any hiccups or issues. Mason, Dan and Jay were extremely helpful. They are really nice people which made buying my first ever RV a much more pleasant and easy experience. Mason followed up with me and answered all my questions and was very responsive to doing the remote sale. Including handling all the emails, texts, photos etc. He worked to get a good deal for me on the unit (which was better than other dealers I spoke to). Despite paying a rock bottom price, I got top notch service. Jay, the finance guy, also got me a very competitive rate on the financing as well. Dan, is the guy who goes over all the client training on the unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my dumb questions with a really pleasant and interested attitude. He thoroughly went through all the various components and gave me a lot pointers and tricks to make the use of the rv better so much better. I am really looking forward to all our road trips coming up. If you are thinking about buying an RV, you have to use these guys.

Nikki Tebo the nightmare. My Bronco had recalls. I called PBF around 3 weeks ago to schedule a…read morerepair. I made sure to let the employee to know that if it was something that could be done within a day between 8am and 5pm I could bring it by, if not I would have to wait for my husband to return to MS to have a ride for drop off/pickup. No biggie either way. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the vehicle would be ready by 3pm and if the second recall was necessary - my vehicle could be picked up and returned to Richton. I was stoked. This was my first experience with Ford and I thought that was really accommodating. Appointment day the vehicle went to PBF as planned. Around 3pm I called to check in just to be sure my car could be returned to my job (about 2 minutes from Ford). That was my first dealings with Nikki the nightmare. She immediately had an attitude. "No it's not ready. It's not been touched. Nowhere on here does it say the vehicle has to be back by 3pm. I mean- it'll be ready sometime after 5 or tomorrow." I was shocked because I HAVE to leave by 5pm to get my baby from daycare. I explained that it was very clear my car would be back by 3. Instead of saying "I am so sorry. That did not make it on the write up. We're going to bring it back to you today. Can we pick up later this week when there's a slot to have it finished?" That would have went 100% different. She had an attitude. In 3 weeks I have never gotten a phone call. I call weekly to check on the part. Monday I found out it's in. They scheduled to come get the car from my house. The man I spoke to was extremely friendly. I told him my car is also now throwing a code for 4x4 and it is shaking horribly every single time I turn the wheel left or right. I let him know it's perfectly fine for the vehicle to stay a few days if necessary as long as it's picked up from home. He told me I'd hear from Nikki. (May have called back or transferred. Can't remember). I told Nikki exactly what I told him. She asked me "ok say that again.. 'Bronco is shaking when customer turns left or right'". As if she's writing it down. Next day my car is picked up. I hear nothing. Today at 8:30am I get a text that it's back home. I thought it was odd nobody ever called to say "hey. This is broken. Fix it?" I called Nikki. Very politely I ask if they were able to locate the problem/fix and if I owed anything. "I thought we were just doing a recall". Already with an attitude. I'm again- shocked. I say "no.... I told you Monday it shakes every single time you turn? It shakes HORRIBLY. The 4x4 is messed up. You even read back to me what I said as if you were writing it down??" Her response: "I'm not going to go back and forth with you today Whitney." Mine: "my name is not Whitney...?" Nikki: "Melanie. Whatever it is (whoever you are)" I saw red. I've never in my life had such dog shit service. She is the most hateful person I've ran across. She should work at the DMV. I don't know how she makes a dime with that smart mouth. She never apologized. Never admitted fault. Stuff happens. But really? I immediately drove up there. I spoke to Joey. He was extremely friendly and understanding. He admitted he'd be upset to and assured me the car would be picked back up and fixed this time. He has since called me and told me what was wrong and that it would be fixed in a timely manner. He, the receptionist, and a few kind service people I spoke to between Nikki were the only good things about service. I'm trading the vehicle ASAP. I never want to bring anything there again. Which is a shame, because it seems like you do have good employees but she's bad enough that I don't want to chance even having to speak to her. It's been an absolute nightmare for a simple fix. I have had to fight constantly. I don't want free service. I don't want anything. Just my car to be fixed. I don't know how she's been allowed to go on this long. The call in question happened 6/10/26 at 8:19am if anyone at Ford cares to take a listen.
