Their service advisors must work in commission and if you are assigned to one and ask another for help they look at you like you are stupid. Take you business to Walt Massey where anyone will be glad to help you. Arrogant idiot service advisors. Mr. duff should fire them all. read more

Nikki Tebo the nightmare. My Bronco had recalls. I called PBF around 3 weeks ago to schedule a repair. I made sure to let the employee to know that if it was something that could be done within a day between 8am and 5pm I could bring it by, if not I would have to wait for my husband to return to MS to have a ride for drop off/pickup. No biggie either way. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the vehicle would be ready by 3pm and if the second recall was necessary - my vehicle could be picked up and returned to Richton. I was stoked. This was my first experience with Ford and I thought that was really accommodating. Appointment day the vehicle went to PBF as planned. Around 3pm I called to check in just to be sure my car could be returned to my job (about 2 minutes from Ford). That was my first dealings with Nikki the nightmare. She immediately had an attitude. "No it's not ready. It's not been touched. Nowhere on here does it say the vehicle has to be back by 3pm. I mean- it'll be ready sometime after 5 or tomorrow." I was shocked because I HAVE to leave by 5pm to get my baby from daycare. I explained that it was very clear my car would be back by 3. Instead of saying "I am so sorry. That did not make it on the write up. We're going to bring it back to you today. Can we pick up later this week when there's a slot to have it finished?" That would have went 100% different. She had an attitude. In 3 weeks I have never gotten a phone call. I call weekly to check on the part. Monday I found out it's in. They scheduled to come get the car from my house. The man I spoke to was extremely friendly. I told him my car is also now throwing a code for 4x4 and it is shaking horribly every single time I turn the wheel left or right. I let him know it's perfectly fine for the vehicle to stay a few days if necessary as long as it's picked up from home. He told me I'd hear from Nikki. (May have called back or transferred. Can't remember). I told Nikki exactly what I told him. She asked me "ok say that again.. 'Bronco is shaking when customer turns left or right'". As if she's writing it down. Next day my car is picked up. I hear nothing. Today at 8:30am I get a text that it's back home. I thought it was odd nobody ever called to say "hey. This is broken. Fix it?" I called Nikki. Very politely I ask if they were able to locate the problem/fix and if I owed anything. "I thought we were just doing a recall". Already with an attitude. I'm again- shocked. I say "no.... I told you Monday it shakes every single time you turn? It shakes HORRIBLY. The 4x4 is messed up. You even read back to me what I said as if you were writing it down??" Her response: "I'm not going to go back and forth with you today Whitney." Mine: "my name is not Whitney...?" Nikki: "Melanie. Whatever it is (whoever you are)" I saw red. I've never in my life had such dog shit service. She is the most hateful person I've ran across. She should work at the DMV. I don't know how she makes a dime with that smart mouth. She never apologized. Never admitted fault. Stuff happens. But really? I immediately drove up there. I spoke to Joey. He was extremely friendly and understanding. He admitted he'd be upset to and assured me the car would be picked back up and fixed this time. He has since called me and told me what was wrong and that it would be fixed in a timely manner. He, the receptionist, and a few kind service people I spoke to between Nikki were the only good things about service. I'm trading the vehicle ASAP. I never want to bring anything there again. Which is a shame, because it seems like you do have good employees but she's bad enough that I don't want to chance even having to speak to her. It's been an absolute nightmare for a simple fix. I have had to fight constantly. I don't want free service. I don't want anything. Just my car to be fixed. I don't know how she's been allowed to go on this long. The call in question happened 6/10/26 at 8:19am if anyone at Ford cares to take a listen. read more

so they told me my car would be picked up at 915am. The driver didn't get to my house till 1000 I have it on my ring camera. Upon the return of my car it is missing 1/4 tank of fuel and only 10 miles were added to the trip on my dashboard. So where did my fuel go ? also my seat and mirrors got moved and not put back and the car was not put back the way it was found .... backed in my driveway. read more

Scheduled a repair for our Explorer. Repair not done. Wrong part delivered. Part had been "on order" for several months. Called in every few weeks. Scheduled a second repair visit. Part was never available and took vehicle home after several day. Part finally arrived and was installed on third visit. Was a part that required a Ford dealer. Otherwise, I would have taken it anywhere else. To be clear, Pine Belt diagnosed the problem and scheduled the repair twice without actually having the required part. In the conversation, the service manager said "it's a hard part to get." My simple question is "why did you schedule the service twice when you never had the part?" read more

Poor customer service. The service department is incompetent and creates issues when "repairing" vehicles. There is a rude woman in the finance manager position with a hat labeled bit** in her office. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. We have taken our ford vehicle to them SEVERAL times over 6 months for them only to tell us nothing was wrong but the vehicle stalls when starting. After not addressing concerns regarding a service plan purchased from them, they only tried to upsell me on another agreement when no claims were made on the first plan and they charged for all repairs. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY CANNOT REPAIR THEIR OWN FORD VEHICLES! read more

I would also like to point out that as soon as we put in a request about a vehicle Ginessa contacted us in a timely manner and was able to answer all our questions. JC was very friendly professional knowledgeable and accommodating with all our request. I still highly recommend Courtesy Ford of Hattiesburg. read more

Adrian, Kim, Olivia and the crew down at Courtesy Ford were a joy to work with. Communication was great and the deal was handled over the phone in a matter of minutes. My wife and I flew in from out of town and Adrian met us at the airport and took us straight to the dealership. We were in and out within 45 minutes, honestly the fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Do not hesitate to buy your next Ford from Courtesy Ford, everyone is a class act! Thanks guys! read more

We were traveling from Ohio to Biloxi Mississippi when we started to have engine problems with our class C motorhome. After calling several Ford dealers in the surrounding Biloxi area and having no luck of getting our RV in, we checked corporate Ford website and they suggested Courtesy Ford in Hattisburg Mississippi. We are so very happy we drove the 90 minutes out of our way, with our fingers crossed to have them look at it. They got us in with no appointment and we were out the door in a couple of hours. If you need any servicing on your RV they can accommodate. They have approximately 40 service bays. Special thanks to both Ray Winstead and Robert McGarrah for their kindness and professionalism. FYI they are now located at 6393 Highway 98 W. this is their new location. read more

I just got a brand new ford focus from here yesterday and Rex St. John is the best dealer you could ask for. He helped us get everything to our liking and taught me how to use all the features in my brand new car. I will be sure to come back here for all things car for the next years to come. read more

Decent price but with the poor service from the sales side I would have bought the truck from someone else if I could have found what I wanted. Get ready for poor communication and a attitude that definitely makes you feel you ARE NOT the customer. Please don't inconvenience them with your business! read more

Took our 2005 F150 in there today to have a front wheel bearing and seal replaced, the very rude Service Manager named Jessica quoted us $1000, we left faster then we arrived there, went up the road to Laurel to a auto shop named A-1, they did the work for $342.89, almost a 3rd of what this place wanted to charge us. Do yourself a favor before you have this place do any work on your vehicle. Call the place up and ask for the Service Manager, listen to the woman that answers the phone and rudely puts you on hold for a half hour. That should help change your mind about doing business here. read more

We are extremely impressed with the customer service and honesty of the employees of Courtesy Ford. We found a vehicle online that we wanted and called to speak with a salesman before driving two hours from Baton Rouge. We didn't want to waste our time driving all that way to get hassled and messed around by a car salesman. We were so surprised by our wonderful experience! Sales consultant James Matthews was able to make us a tentative offer for our trade-in over the phone pending that our vehicle was what we said it was, and he and the sales manager, Jeff Gallahar, remained true to their word after we arrived in Hattiesburg. Their first offer for our vehicle was very fair according to book value. No haggling necessary. They gave us every penny of the initial offer for our vehicle and James spent a lot of time with us showing us how to operate the features on our new vehicle. We were very impressed that James truly new everything about the vehicle we purchased. He could answer every question we had and could show us how everything worked and functioned. They were so nice and we felt right at home as if we were family! I recommend buying all of your vehicles from James Matthews at Courtesy Ford in Hattiesburg! read more
