But I know that it's not true, because they said I needed a cabin air filter after my husband had changed it 2 days prior to coming in. When we question them and asked did they really check it, they said yes. So he showed my husband a photo of the filter and that it needed to be changed. Well surprise surprise, the color the filter was wasn't even the color he had changed it to. My husband walked to the back with them, and they showed him our filter which was still in the car. It was NOT the same filter that was in his photos he had shown my husband. I do NOT trust this service center. I do NOT plan on coming back. I can not recommend the service center, but the dealership so far the people seemed super nice. I am only reviewing the service center.
