So for customer service I have to say he definitely came through!

When I walked in and looked around, there was nothing really special about the place. They had 3 employees working so that's good for service, that's extremely important to keep customers happy. I made my way to the counter and placed my order. I got my food quick and went to eat it. It wasn't anything to brag about, just your standard egg and cheese with not so much egg and very little cheese. It's worth mentioning the prices are ok in the store, but I will not be going back there. If Yelping has taught me anything, it's don't settle when there are so many places I haven't eaten yet. So I'm off to my next deli, where will I pop up next I wonder.......

All the way down to the muffins baked on premises. When you order a sandwich here you get a real sandwich. Not some kind of sissified mockery on artisan bread with 2 pieces of meat and a bunch of lettuce, you get a real sandwich. It's food prepared by people who like food.

Nothing is terrible about it. The staff is ok, the prices are reasonable, the selection is good. It's just, eh. I wouldn't tell anyone not to come, but I wouldn't make it a priority either. Updated review. I came here after not doing so for a while since Fuel was closed for some reason. It's just not worth doing so. I started with a chicken quesadilla; the guy at the counter was perturbed and was about the push back, unclear why, then went to make it. I then ordered their namesake wrap. It appeared to be a problem from the start. As I was looking for other stuff I heard the guy making it say "we don't have half of this shit". I'm not excited to see what I actually get. A couple of other customers came in. The most recent asked for a bagel and when they said they didn't have it, she went to get a juice, saw they were all warm in the fridge and just left. They don't have many of the items you'd expect a deli to have. Not worth coming here.

House of Heros totally lives up to the hype. We were super excited to try their sandwiches (well,…read morein our case wraps because of a corn allergy), and it definitely did not disappoint!!! The Godzilla (crispy pork, cabbage/carrot slaw, with tonkatsu sauce) was packed with thin slices of perfectly fried pork. The tonkotsu sauce was slightly sweet and tangy, and the carrot and cabbage slaw was very complementary to the plethora of pork. The only change I would make next time is perhaps adding some onions (personal preference) and ask for some extra sauce. The Crispy Cuban was also fantastic spin to the classic. Again, packed with crispy pork, the sandwich was then filled with the perfect amount of ham, melty Swiss, and mustard. Nothing felt heavy. I wish I had seen the list of sides before we ordered. The homemade tater tots look amazing. Before we left, my boyfriend and I grabbed a menu and have decided to check off each one we order every week go. You can bet we will be returning soon!

I was getting breakfast sandwiches from Figarelly's deli in East Meadow for a long time, but it has unfortunately closed, and this place is my new go-to. The place is on Post Ave and it is a one or two man operation from what I've seen. The guy that runs the place seems pretty nice. The interior is pretty run down looking and there are bags of chips and cup noodles that look like they've been there for the past 20 years. They do have tables both inside and outside if you order food to stay. I think the food here is fairly solid and priced pretty decently with all things considered in late 2021. I usually get either the hungry man hero (ham, bacon, sausage, eggs and cheese on a hero. About $7 plus tax) or the pancake breakfast platter (pancakes, eggs, meat of choice. $9 plus tax). Both orders will fill you up pretty well. This is probably a decent place to get a BEC. Hopefully this place stays in operation and keeps the solidly priced and hearty breakfast specials coming for a while. Cheers.
