Very poor experience. Poor quality work, and poor solutions provided by the owner.. We had high…read moreexpectations based on the advertised before and after pictures. Our results were a shower that was left very close to the way it was found , empty trash cans all missing bags, a trash bag with food moved from the kitchen to an indoor pail in the garage, dirty light switches with fingerprints, shelves that weren't dusted or even touched for that matter, trim that was not touched, and the excuse that there wasn't enough time to finish what was quoted.. The cherry on top was watching them pour a bucket of dirty chemical water on top of our Day Lillies in our front landscape beds!! Extremely unprofessional! If a prior consultation/onsite assessment is not performed, wouldn't it make sense to assess upon arrival, and to inform your customer if you will not be able to complete what was previously agreed upon? Then the customer could advise on the most important areas to focus on. This company's approach was to forego communication, and rush to get as much done as possible in the quoted time. We came home to a house that was partially cleaned, with the most important aspect of the service (the deep shower cleaning) not done at all. And we made it clear that a deep shower cleaning was needed when booking the appointment! An insulting $50 refund was offered on a service that cost nearly $500, while less than 50% of the work was completed.. And we were given the option to pay MORE for them to return to complete what should have been done in the first place.

Kevin and two women came and in 2.5 hours told me that they were done. My house has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms at over 6,500 square feet. Needless to say they rushed and did the bare minimum. They "clean" around items, not moving or picking them up when dusting. They also only changed the water once when mopping -they were sloshing around dirty water which they changed only when I asked them to. They also do not vacuum/wash floors under furniture-just around it. Never again.

However, let's be honest, you came out to my house almost A MONTH AGO and I heard NOTHING from you until posting my negative review. I am confused at your response as you stated, "We provide complimentary walkthroughs and have for years. I'm sorry you feel that way about an appointment you gladly accepted. It's impossible to provide an accurate estimate and proposal for cleaning services without first seeing the property." Um, you DID see my property and you DIDN'T provide me with an "estimate and proposal for cleaning" as promised! You then stated, "Although these circumstances are beyond our control I understand how you feel and apologize again. This is NOT NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES and we DO NOT DO BUSINESS like this." Not providing an estimate almost a month later when you stated that you would provide an estimate with a couple of days IS WELL WITHIN YOUR CONTROL and clearly this IS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS!!!
