They replaced a Light Truck (LT) tire with a regular one and now my 3/4 ton truck has one tire that is NOT a load range E tire. That new tire can only support 1700 lbs instead of 2700 lbs. I would like to believe the technicians know what load range means at a professional tire shop. So disappointed and done with Jim Whaley tire in Enterprise. Nicest people and they worked on my car. I have an Audi and it was a problem that takes a dealer. They troubleshot the issue, removed tires to inspect the problem and then did not charge me for any of this. Anywhere else would have charged for the diagnostic and shop time. I'll be back with my other 3 cars.

These folks are fantastic, I lost my brakes traveling through enterprise. No one had the part I…read moreneeded not even two GM dealerships and couldn't get it for five days. They said " I will get home two hours away " if we can't fix this today. They found a part from a similar GM model and made the minor modifications to make it fit. They said GM uses the same fittings the hose for this model is a little longer we will just have bend it a little to fit in the space. I have lived all over the US and finding a GOOD mechanic is a challenge to say the least. If possible I will drive 150 miles back to have these folks fix my car if I can again. Every person who needs a mechanic should use these folks, they will do only the work necessary and not rip you off. May God Bless these folks with more business. Honest and self sacrificing folks in this world should be rewarded not just in the next (Gods Kingdom) but now too. Thanks guys for going the extra mile but willing to go 150 more.

I went to this shop due to being referred by another Buisness . It was spur of the moment also…read morearound lunch but they were very helpful and answered a lot of questions I had. Their racks were full and they were busy but I really appreciated them taking time to talk with me. It's a very time sensitive problem and after explaining things they were so nice and scheduled me to come the very next day. I'll be sure to post back in a few days when everything is completed. I have strong positive feelings of being treated fair and not getting ripped off . I'll finish my review when the work is completed. Fingers crossed!! Update... This shop is great!!! They have been so nice. My car is back on the road and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place . I have put 20,000 miles on it an is running great. Last week I brought him a transmission, he checked it out, corrected the problem, gave me plenty of advice, I went home and installed it and everything works great.
