OMG... this store, the men, the service , the,...should I say, hospitality was awesome!! We had a blow out in one of our tires and a screw in one of our right side 5th Wheel tire and yesterday a blowout repair that we used the spare for. This place was good years ago. I brought my truck in to have a valve stem replaced. The guy changed the valve stem and when he put the wheel back on, he used the impact and went clockwise around each lugnut letting the impact hammer for several seconds on each one. After lowering the truck he used a torque wrench on the lug nuts. What's the point of torque get them to 120ft/ft lbs when they are already tightened to twice that? The guy who worked on my truck was some young guy who was texting the entire time. It made the whole process last about 3 times as long as it should have. My wife had her oil changed there. She said her car smelled weird. I opened the hood and saw the oil cap sitting on some wires. They never reinstalled it after filling the oil. Speaking of filling the oil, when I checked it to see how much had leaked out, it wasn't a problem cause it was waaaay overserviced. Also while looking around I noticed the brake fluid cap was just sitting on top of the reservoir. Last time she had her oil changed, they told her she needed rear brakes. Guess it's too much to ask to put the cap back on when you are done. I'm sure someone else is willing to do a better job to earn my money. I'm done with this place. Update: After writing this 1 star review, I was contacted by the manager who told me that he was working to solve some problems with his employees and gave me a free oil change that he personally supervised. So while the place has been far from great, they will try to make it right if you let them know that you are not happy. read more

This place is awful for more advanced repairs. I waited literally 7 hours for them to tell me they didn't know what was wrong with my car. They changed my spark plugs and charged me 180. Never again read more

Took my truck in for 4 tires- driving off my truck made awful noise- pulled over to check- lug nuts not even hand tightened on 2 tires- took back then tightened them all and gave me a certificate for oil change. However, now my front end squeals- which it didn't previously! Used to always go there- bought tires for 5 cars- had oil changes- but last year and half can see decline-never again! read more

I wouldn't recommend them to have your alignment serviced. They told me my alignment was off, it wasn't. It was off .5" they moved it to the .4". Any mechanic knows that's not significant enough to throw off or change an alignment. They charged me $60 to park my car on the machine and didn't align anything. Waste of my time and money. Also went for a tire balance. Again, same issues with the balance. Nothing changed. They didn't even change the weights. However, the did smudge their fingers on the rims to appear as if they moved the tires to the machine. Go somewhere reputable, anywhere but here. At least don't go to the one in Enterprise to have your car serviced. read more

My wife and kids were traveling and had a flat tire near Ozark. I called this location and spoke with Mitch. He didn't have my wife's van tire size in stock, (not many vans have 19" wheels) but he called and got the tire in store within a few minutes. The van had to be towed in and it was going to be after their closing time of 6pm before it arrived. They let me know that they would have someone there to get the tire replaced and ensure my wife and kids could get back on the road safely. Not many companies would do that these days! I purchased four over sized tires for my truck here, they installed my tires not using a mag wheel attachment on my aluminum wheels, scraping the finish off. Plus instead of using the inner wheel weights they hacked on the rim weights ruining the finish even further. On top of that, they screwed up the camber and the alignment on the truck.These guys suck and if you are not a local, be prepared for rude technicians read more

Took my show truck to get it's 37 x 13 50 tires aligned. Guy behind the desk friendly enough but I felt as though they were blowing me off. Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half before they decided to tell me that my truck is ready to go on the rack. No good if you're not from here. read more
