I don't recall how I stumbled upon it, but ever since then when I work down in Logan Township, all I can talk about is this park. I didn't take many pictures as it was raining and I typically don't like running with anything in my hands, much less a phone. I'm a purist, so no phone, no ear buds, just me and the pavement. So if you haven't guessed it, I love running in this park. If you are a runner, jogger, walker, whatever - they have space for you. They have marked miles so if you don't wear a tracker you will still know exactly how far you have gone. They have something for everyone... you want fields? They have so many, softball, baseball, soccer, field hockey and basketball courts. And they have multiples of each, so if someone is using a field you want, no worries they have others. This park is huge, but it is also clean and well maintained - you will be able to tell immediately that this is an affluent community. Each of the times I have come here to go for a run, there were parents with their little peewee football kids practicing. There were dads teaching their daughters to catch a baseball, there were grandparents walking babies in strollers, there were moms with tykes in the playground designated for little kids. There were joggers like me, there were lovers strolling by and holding hands, there were people of all ages and sizes walking and enjoying this beautiful park. I hope it stays like this forever, it is a jewel in this community and everytime I visit Logan Township, I will be visiting this park for a run.

****Wintertime Only Review****…read more We heard this park was a great place to sled in the area, so when we got enough snow this year to partake, we pulled out the sleds and headed on down. Gotta say; they were right. While the park WAS a bit crowded, there was still enough room for everyone to get a "lane" to sled. I particularly liked how there was a big hill, for the teens and more adventurous types, and then a smaller, but still useful hill for the little ones. (Also, if you came in basically sideways, where the entry way to the park is, it was basically a medium sized hill.) There is a playground and tons of open space, and even though it was PACKED, there was a lot of room for parking. Signage was a little off, as there is a "bridge" in the parking lot, and someone literally drove their car off of it in the snow, because it wasn't marked. *shoulder shrug* I'm nitpicking at this point. I'm sure this park is just as nice in the nice weather, and it's definitely our first stop for sledding if an when it snows again.

Ample parking and close proximity to Dippy's ice cream stand on route 45 make this park worth the extra miles in our book.

Mostly wooded in an age forest with plenty of shade. On my last outing, (Sat 6/19 @ 2:30pm) I was the only person on the trail. Trails are for more aggressive bikers and you must have and wear a good helmet. I would also suggest a pair of gloves. I needed to ditch my bike and do an aerial tuck and roll. F-ing awesome. The checkin process was very quick and easy despite there only being one person there at the time @ 10AM. The prices are definitely very fair and everything was upfront and well explained, all the equipment were clean and very functional and our rental experience was quite phenomenal. The lake itself is quite nice and calm on a good weather day and definitely I think around 2-3 hours would be enough for you to explore the whole lake. Coming back in was very quick and easy as well as they helped us putting the vest and paddle away without any issues. Definitely would recommend the rental to anyone visiting Parvin to enjoy a great day outdoors.
