Their estimate of time to complete was accurate to within 2 days due to slight weather delay into a holiday week-end. They take their time and do quality work. We had gotten two other estimates and their pricing was in-line with others. They use warrantied, quality materials. Additional costs were estimated before job started. We would choose them again if we needed any roofing work done.

Do yourself a favor and pay a reputable contractor to work on your home. Sutryk & Sons, Inc. was not cooperative when problems were identified, lied to our face, and do not properly prep and install vinyl siding. They'll take your money and leave you with a cob job that will need to be fixed by another contractor. They have refused to fix our concerns and are no longer answering emails. We have already had water leak under a window after this installation due to their poor work processes and failure to flash the exterior. I would give zero stars if possible. Do not use this contractor for any work on your home!

Town of Elmira Code Enforcement told me it was "as bad a job as they'd ever seen," and Judge Gorman of Waverly Village Court ruled that "the workmanship is substandard." I will need Burdick's roof completely stripped off. In the end, Richard Burdick's negligence still cost me over seven thousand dollars. Avoid Burdick and Sons Construction at all costs.

She ordered in a natural stone sample of MIS backsplash not on hand and it came in a few days. I was told have to take my own measurements, pick samples and give a"basic" idea of what I wanted first. After they would give me a " estimate" of probable Cost. Definitely do not recommend this company. They do not stand behind their work. First, do not sign…read moretheir contact. They want you to pay in FULL before they will begin the work. That way they won't come back and fix any problems. I am not sure if the guy who measured for the counter tops messed up, or the guy that cut the granite messed up, or the installer messed up. My counter top was one inch longer on my back wall. This caused my molding having to be moved causing a gap in my wall behind the counter. Because of this inch the hole in my sink did not line up with my granite making it difficult to get the faucet in. The back splash behind one counter top was an inch longer than the counter top, so it is longer than the counter. The back splash does not back up flush with the wall on two sections of the counter top, leaving a 1/8" gap. In the middle of my bar is a 1" X 1 1/2" large spot. I realize they can't do anything about the spot, BUT, whoever did the cutting had to see this spot and know it was right in the middle of my bar! Why would they not have called me and we could have put this spot anywhere else, but not in the middle of my bar? Also at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the day before I was scheduled to have it installed they called and cancelled my appointment. Mind you, the contract says you must have your old counter top off and sink out. I waited a week and finally called them to find out what was going on, because noone bothered to contact me. I complained and they have done nothing to fix any of these problems. So buyer beware! I do not recommend this company!

It took months after me paying in full to recieve an installment date. The installers were suppose to show up between 4-5pm. No call until 7:30pm, saying they were running late but will be at my house at 9:30pm. At 9:30, received a text saying they are running late and just finishing up the current job. They showed up until 11:45 pm and didn't leave my house until 3am! I obviously emailed and called the company asking to speak with the supervisor- recieved no response. Left several messages. A lady did call to do a follow up and see how things went and if I was satisfied. I told her what happened. She was shocked they showed up so late and told me she would have the Supervisor call me. To this day, the supervisor still has not called me. Installers did not caulk the top of my backsplash and the company refuses to come back and caulk it for me, so I have to hire another person to finish their job. They claim since my wall was uneven, they were not responsible to caulk it. I also was not thrilled with a long black line (the length of my hand) in the middle of my countertop. Ofcourse, "its apart of the Granite, so their is nothing they can do about it". I am extremely discussed with this company.
