Literally, the lady named Tiffany Hunter-King ignored my countless email asked about the payment. NYS law requires the landlord to return the security deposit within 14 days after tenants moved out, or they should give reasons of deductions for the payment. Guess what?! They have given me nothing. No money, no explanation. Just expect I would forget about thousands of dollars and leave it to them. I have emailed them for 2 months without a single response from Tiffany. Danielle would reply, but all she was saying was Tiffany handles the return, I should contact Tiffany. Eventually, I am done with hide and seek, and just sent them a demand letter and submitted the complaint to state of attorney general's office. If you have the same problem like I did, please put in a complaint and get your money back. It is the easiest way to solve the problem.

She opened the door and didn't even wait for us to walk in with her. She plopped herself on the couch and just told us the owner is working on changing the wallpaper...wow how was someone like this hired?? As we were walking out she stayed lounging on the couch and asked if there were any comments. We just left. Her attitude was pretty despicable and did not represent her company or the seller well at all.

We had interviewed 4 agents but Tim stood out to us; he was smart and had a good understanding of the co-op market at the time. He explained that it was sluggish but, gave us a realistic price point with which to start. He had an excellent photographer who took phenomenal pictures of our apartment and made it look like a palace! Within a short time, our co-op sold for a good price, without having to hold any annoying and inconvenient "Open Houses". We were grateful for this, especially during Covid. Anyway, 2 months later we were in contract and Tim helped us through all the details. He answered all our questions in detail and responded quickly to our concerns, making sure that our needs were met. Additionally, Tim has wonderful co-workers who were highly responsive and knowledgeable as well. His assistant, Jeanette, was always there to answer questions and help out. She gave us lots of personal attention and accompanied prospective buyers who were brought in by other agents. Overall, the Tim Ho group is by far, the best real estate professionals we have ever dealt with.
