They were polite and professional & the house looked spotless! She was done in 1.25 hours and I came back to basically the same apartment...my bathroom was dirty when I left and she did a great job cleaning the tub but otherwise the worst service I have ever experienced. The vacuum was not used...nothing was dusted. Everything on the counters and ledges (which was not a lot) were not moved (or wiped down), the cabinets were not open or touched and nothing was vacuumed. This was the worst cleaning I've ever gotten and most expensive. See pics. I texted Alexandra the pictures that clearly delivered and she said she couldn't see them. She gave me $50 back of the $150. The cleaning wasn't even worth $50. Very disappointed as I only treat myself to a "deep" cleaning once every 3 months and I myself could have done more.

I told Will he doesn't need to worry about or touch any of the 2 bedrooms, hallway, livingroom, but I really needed a deeper cleaning of the bathroom and a tiny kitchen area (more like a bar with a sink and a fridge). I stayed a little bit, we talked, then I went upstairs to clean there myself. He was there for a few hours, I heard him occasionally speaking on the phone with someone. When he finished, he told me the bathroom grout is not cleanable, i should make it white by painting it with a grout marker. For the kitchen sink, he advised me to get a stainless steel cleaner ( I guess to clean it myself after he left, but I thought a cleaning service should include cleaning products and to come prepared and actually clean things) and that he didnt have time to clean the inside of the small, empty fridge. I paid him the money, but I already saw I have to clean, but I didn't want confrontation. When I walked through the place, the cleaning liquid was dripping from the shower ceiling, he forgot to wipe it off. The bathroom window and windowsill was left dirty. The bathroom floor was not cleaned, because the corners had accumulated dirt left behind, as well as behind the toilet and along the vanity. There was dust and crumbs on the hardwood behind the fridge very visible, and the floor was not cleaned, because if it was, it wouldnt have stayed dusty. He did not clean the inside of the fridge indeed, but since the top and the door was dirty (it is a black fridge, so easy to see dust), nor did he clean the outside. Considering he didnt have to clean anything else but those 2 tiny areas, this was a rip-off, maybe I was too nice and he thought I don't care and it's easy money. I don't know what he was doing for those few hours, but I felt cheated, because it was very hard to afford the $160, but I thought it was going to be worth it to save time I didnt have. But I ended up cleaning everything myself. I took pictures to send him the next day, but I felt there was no point.

It changed without communication to one cleaner and four hours. The cleaner mixed all the trash, recycling, and composting (contamination), which could have caused a huge fine in New York City. It doesn't seem as if there was training. Some items were thrown out without consultation, and papers were reorganized to the point where I couldn't find a receipt. Lack of necessary equipment. They have no cleaning supply with them. They were just using water!? After the cleaning, my apartment still very dusty.
