After another company failed to return and finish grinding the stumps from 11 trees we had removed, Capital Pro stepped in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. One stump needed to be ground down a little further, and they came back without hesitation and made sure it was done right. Then the owner of "On a limb," didn't like my response, so the "holier than thou" person just drove off. Apparently his discussion about not wanting to damage my lawn by parking on the street, made during the estimate process, was meaningless. Since I was home, the least consideration he could have performed would have been to knock on my door and ask. I would avoid this tree service. Not only was he days late but he never contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming as promised the first time. I had to chase after him to get any info regarding a date. Obviously he doesn't write things down and depends on strictly memory, or he simply doesn't care.
