Josh from House of Service came out to give us a 2nd opinion. He asked how old the unit was and then called the manufacture himself. Turns out it was still covered under warranty and we only had to pay for labor and freon. He saved us thousands! He was very honest and they did a great job on the install. Our house barely stayed cool over the long summer months and ran all the time (day and night). After having an insane electric bill for 4 months last year we decided to give House of Service a try since they were a local Heating and Air company. Not only did the tech clean our system and make sure it was running properly. He identified a problem in our blower unit that had been causing issues for years - condensation from exposed pipes. He fixed the problem with condensation by covering and sealing up our pipes in our blower unit and now my central air unit is working better than it has for the past 10 years. Great service, honest and very knowledgeable service techs make this a great company to fix any HVAC problem. My family and friends will defiantly be coming back.

There was available parking on the main road right in front of them with a walkway to the house they were working on. I said something to the guy and he just shrugged it off and said I had room. It is illegal to park in front of a stop sign. Summers employees are rude and have no regard for anyone but themselves.
