After passing by this place countless times, I finally found the need to enter into this store…read more Don't let the birdfeeders and knick knacks in the window distract you from the true purpose of this place: packaging and shipping! I had something to return to Amazon that was too large for a drop off box. I came in to this store, and the friendly staff immediately offered their assistance. I needed a box, and without skipping a beat, the woman walked off and found the perfect size box at the "best price", she assured me. (I no doubt believed her, it was very affordable.) The very next week, I needed to ship something with tracking to send and receive the package back. They ran over the numbers of how much it would cost to send via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and where I could save the most money. SCORE! Because of my previous good experiences, when I had a large box of clothing to send- of course I took it back to the Box Place! Again, they did the work of finding out how much it would cost via all my different options, to save me money. It was great! Everytime I've been in here, the staff (no matter how busy) has been extremely friendly and gracious. There have always been others in the store that were chatting and seemably having a good time. The Box Place has a very welcoming atmosphere and is very helpful with all my shipping needs. In addition, there is a lot to look at and be amused by!

When I called to discuss, the woman was completely RUDE and told me that I can return the items for a 20% restocking fee. What?! You sent me the wrong item! I returned the items and received a refund for $76 on a $95 purchase. Scammers!! What business in their right mind needs to charge a restocking fee....except those that are incompetent and CANNOT stand behind their product!! Guess they can just mail the wrong parts to you whenever their low on sales and still make money off of their customers! I am a business owner, as well....our repeat customers LOVE us because we stand behind our products. I would NEVER disrespect them like this. Good luck with your piece-of-crap mailbox business....because you can only screw your customers once....NO REPEAT customers for you. I will be sure to tell all of my 300+ neighbors in our subdivision that have the same mailboxes. AND I'll make sure that they all pass it on to their family and friends and co-workers, etc. Trust me.....their are other more DIGNIFIED businesses that sell mailbox parts besides you.
