Billy Voz poured a $2300 patio for me in July 2016. A week after watering it (which I was told to…read moredo), it hadn't whitened and was mottled looking. I called him, he came out and said it would whiten, just give it another month. A month later I called again when nothing had changed. He became annoyed with me and said to wait til next spring. Then it began pitting and chipping. Another call put in and he became more annoyed with me. I simply asked for a refund because I did not want him to do the job, it was so poor. He flat out told me he was not tearing it out, even seeing how pourly it looked.... at that time I also had what looked like staining as well. Nearly a year later (and now there is a crack in it), he is ignoring emails from me. Get a full contract from him (although he probably would get around that), but better yet, do not use him as a contractor. I am out $2300! I will have to re-pay someone now to take out my patio and pour a new one. Do not use him!!!! Most contractors would stand behind their work....he does not!
