I personally had a massage done by Niki and she got my very tense shoulder knots out in the best way. From the outside of the building I didn't know what to expect, and the elevator to the suites was out of service. Turns out you have to temporarily use the stairs in the back of the building and Grace met me to ensure entry. No biggie. Upon entering, I could immediately tell the outside of the building didn't depict the inside at all--I'm talking immediate elevation (and my type of atmosphere). Grace and Niki own 2 suites and I was immediately taken to mine; it was nice, clean and had the mood I was looking for. I always request a firm pressure, and Niki did her thing. She massaged and stretched every part of my body and it felt great. I love a good combo massage (90 min minimum, by the way), but especially loved that she didn't walk too much on my body. Again, I love this about a combo massage, but some therapists do too much walking. Niki was also attentive to my congestion that arose during the massage, and provided oil (I think) to inhale to clear it up. Nice touch! It was a very pleasurable experience and absolutely what I needed after grinding in the gym. I'll probably go back within a month!! Go visit!

I recommend trying a variety of her massages she offers because they are all just that good. She is easy to communicate with and just a great person overall. Don't hesitate to get a massage here, the place is clean, easy to park, easy to schedule, and generally an easy experience. My wife loves the massages as well. (The only note I'd make for newcomers: the door is on the side of the building, on the right as you face it.)

Today the lady didn't understand "OUCH, that's really hard" I even started laughing and asked her to please stop using her elbows. It was painful for an hour straight. She didn't know what she was doing, I've had dark bruises all over my body for over a week. It's ridiculous that you can't get a relaxing massage. I even tipped her 30% because I felt bad that she's trying to do a good job. They need more training. I took pics of the bruises a week after. A big one near my neck has faded.

One suggestion would be limiting the amount of times the door is opening while people are getting services...I understand the people coming in to sit down but it was an employee that kept opening and checking in. So not sure if it's under new management but it was a little excessive and distracting. I have never had that happen before but even still everyone working here is always kind and accommodating! I will of course be back and highly recommend.
