Wow worst customer service ever. I spent £100 getting materials printed and one document was bound with half the pages upside down. When I went to sort it out Alice said I'd have to pay to get it printed again. When I said that doesn't make sense because it's clear that it was compiled wrongly before binding she said 'that's how it was given to me' so I said Thats ridiculous and she went 'that's fine. When I said I'm a new business and wouldn't use Ryman's again she said 'that's fine'. She absolutely couldn't care less which makes me laugh now. Also didn't even try to figure out any other solution. As a new business owner I will never use you again and I'll encourage others not to either. Awful customer service. Avoid. read more
