Nothing was ever booked or confirmed! We only started texting on November 22nd which was after we had a confirmed date. It's not clear to me how you were waiting around when I never confirmed a date or time?? My original review is regarding that you never got back to me after canceling on me once we agreed to Monday. And if you had the flu, some simple communication would go a long way so we're kept in the loop. Especially if you had time to respond to this review and none of my texts or calls. Please do not book this service unless you want to deal with flakiness and a lack of accountability. *** Extremely unprofessional. We had an appointment for Monday and on Sunday morning he texted me saying he needs to reschedule our appointment. My husband and I already cleared our schedules to make sure we could move all the boxes on to the driveway Monday morning. I told him I couldn't do Tuesday but could do Wednesday. I had to constantly follow up to get a response. And then as you can see in the text, he never got back to me. I'm shocked at all the 5 star reviews because this was one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever experienced. Do not recommend.

I will definitely use Heroes again and highly recommend them to coworkers, friends, and family!

I saw these movers moving someone else out of my building a week before I decided to call them, I…read morehave always used Two Men and A Truck but thought I'd give them a shot. Availability was open and not a problem, I scheduled to move my 2 bedroom apartment on Friday from Sacramento to Granite Bay. I tried to make everything as easy as I could for the movers everything was in boxes and all boxes were labeled to which room they should go to at the new home. Movers around at the time frame given which was 9:30-10 AM. They showed up in a smaller box truck which I knew from the beginning wasn't going to fit everything. When I called to make this appointment I told them I had a 2 bedroom apartment with a bunk bed and a bed 2 dressers 3 vanities a sectional couch and 40 boxes then misc items. I showed them everything and told them I had to go to work if they needed me to please reach out. The movers were very communicative and would send me photos and updates or ask questions about what should go where, but it threw me off because when the move was finished and I arrived at my new home everything was in the living room. A few random boxes and other items were in the bedrooms but nothing was out where I asked. Not a big deal I'll handle it I'm just happy they moved everything for me. But here is when I started to get disappointed. Let's back up a little, I mentioned the truck would be to small and of course it was they mentioned they would have to go back to do a second trip I said ok no problem. When they went back for a second trip he grabbed a few items and left the rest and asked me If I could just go get it myself. I'm thinking ok maybe it's just a few items no problem I'm sure they're tired. No.... I went to the apt the next day and it took me 2 trips In my Escalade to get the rest of the things and I still have to go back to get one more box that didn't fit in my car. Then, now back at new house I'm putting everything away I'm missing a box from my kitchen with my blender and a whole bunch of others items it's 100% not in this house not at the old apt. We go to put up our tvs and every single tv is missing the screws that connect the tv to the wall mounts not the screws that go into the wall but the screws that mount the tv to the mounts, EVERY SINGLE ONE! Then my main living room tv remote is gone it was in the side table next to the couch and now it's gone and I have to buy a new one. I'm not terribly mad but it's just annoying, I know they work hard and it's not an easy job but I've never had to go back myself to get the "rest" or had things missing. Again I appreciate the movers and tipped them still but I probably won't be using them again. This move felt like more of a headache than a smooth transition like the past moves we've done. I tried to reach out to let them know and it just seems like they were more worried about stating they should have charged me more than trying to fix the problems. At the end of the day if they brought a bigger truck I feel like none of these problems would have happened. Also I've been asking for my missing box and if they know where the remote is, no response. ‍

Small hiccup truck was a little small but they ended up bringing an additional van to get the extra items. Idk what we would have done without them! They moved us from Sacramento to San Jose in 1 day which would have taken me a few days and cost me my back and few days of missing work! They even help take apart furniture items and put them back together at the new house! They even take down tv's and mounts and even helped hang the large tv. They even put the items into the rooms they go into even up stairs! Well worth the money and time saved! My wife loved it as she was able to tend to our 2 children 1 years old and 6 years old while the moving went on. Will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
