It was mid day on Sunday and my boyfriend and I were coming to clean out his moms storage unit who passed the year before. It was a chore that took a year to get to and already a stressful time. The unit was covered in ash from the fires and damaged from rat poop. As my boyfriend and I sift through it I am already dreading bringing this stuff home. My boyfriend on the other hand understandably was having a hard time parting with it. Tension was rising as it's hot, the sorting is taking long and there's no way it's all fitting in the truck. We have to call a hauler on a Sunday ! After a few calls and no answers or anyone available - Mason answers the phone !! He is extremely courteous, responsive and he actually agrees to meet us at the storage place. No one I know or that works for me would come out last minute on a Sunday afternoon! He shows up and for all I care he looked like a super hero in my eyes ! I was so thankful this issue was going to be resolved that very second and none of this "stuff" was going to come home with us to sit in the garage for another year then be hauled away. Mason was very solution based, he explained that he could speak to the storage manager and get him to agree to allow him to come back the next day clean the storage out and get it signed off. I thought "good luck with that" the storage manager was a total spazz. BUT Mason did get him on board. My boyfriend and I were able to get through the family treasures and whatever would be hauled. The next day while I am working stress free of the situation from the day before Mason texts me a picture of the unit emptied and sparkling clean. It was kinda a big dirty job and I was happy to let him run my credit card. The price was more than fair ! I was so thankful and impressed with the whole experience, I attempted to recruit Mason to pick up work with the company I work for BUT as it says in the name CowTown, that's his region and Oakland is too far. All good !!!! Thank you Mason for answering the phone, preventing arguments amongst my boyfriend and I about bringing mess home, working with the storage manager and doing a great job! read more

Like others mentioned; I too had contacted John at All types of Hauling, who immediately put me in contact with Mason. Let me say that not only is Mason super nice and easy to talk to (it was like having a friend over to help), but he also works hard, and can see he has a strong work ethic. Mason is very responsive, and also works flexible hours. I really don't write reviews often, but considering I would never have found Cowtown Cleanup on my own, I have to give credit where credit is due!
