Dr Joseph Raymundo was wonderful. He explained things clearly, did not seem rushed at all, and put me at ease. The young lady that administered parts of the testing, along with Dr. Paul, was so gentle and encouraging with her comments to me during and after testing. She was very engaged and very helpful. She did her part of the testing with professionalism. Dr. Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. He continually took the time to talk me through the various procedures and kept me informed of the outcome. His bedside manner is so refreshing and sincere. His credentials are very impressive and yet, he treated me like a "friend". The tests did take over 2 hours; but the team always tried to see to my comfort.

I call and know one answers so I responded to the email mentioning how i was verbally told 12/20 and to please check the appointment for 12/30 because i do not want to miss my appointment and i do not want to go down there for nothing! Carla received the email and computer confirmed that. she was so professional that she decided to ignore my email. Later I sent her another email letting it be known that she should have responded to my email. That alone was being messy and UNPROFESSIONAL! Who hired her? Who ever it is is crap. I said in the email since you emailed me 12/31/2024, that is when my date and time is so if you are wrong that is a grievance because she had enough to fix this problem. i am not happy that she ignored me email looking for help. I missed there call today 12/30/2024 and at 11 am pst i tried calling and the voicemail kept coming on. during business hours they get to choose if they want to take your call or not. So I called the Henderson, NV location and spoke to Elizabeth. i asked her what her next available appointment is but she didn't want to check until she could verify my account. I told her there is nothing to see, I have not been seen yet and I still need to get the next available appointment. ELIZABETH sounded frustrated that she was asked to do something. I personally cannot stand any stank attitude from anyone answering a business line!!! She finally gave me a date being 1/20 and that is too far out and I am for sure not doing business at the Tenaya location. Since they don't want to answer there phones then their phones shouldn't ring anymore! So I asked if she's able to cancel my appointment for 12/31/2024 at the Tenaya location and she said yes with the nasty attitude. I wouldn't have minded if she said no. BUT SHE DIDN'T. She said, yes so therefore she need to do what she agreed to do. CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT instead of lying knowing you don't plan on it. That is ignorant and evil. Because taking me off the schedule allows others to take that appointment but she was to unprofessional to think like that... and then she quickly said, is there anything else? I need an email confirming the cancellation. She said, I cannot give you an email but I can send a cancellation text, is there anything else? I needed her name and Elizabeth asked if there was anything else IF YOU CANNOT SPOT THE STANK ATTITUDE, IT'S OKAY BECAUSE I DID! If she had a mental issue it's being rejected! I REQUESTED FOR A CANCELLATION. A GRIEVANCE is being put in because everything that I have gone through is because of someone's ignorance. If you choose to do business with a patient then someone should have told you, TO BE PROFESSIONAL. If I call and want my appointment canceled and you agree to do it, ANY MENTALLY SANE PERSON WOULD HAVE DONE IT. Most offices charge a fee for no shows and Elizabeth is making sure that I get charged. Her carelessness has lost a patient for life and gained a grievance for lying. Elizabeth said she will cancel my appointment SO SHE NEEDS TO DO JUST THAT!!! HER INSTANT IGNORANCE IS REJECTED... I called them back to see why she didn't cancel my appointment. But before 12:00 PM they decided not to answer. NOT A PROBLEM! Do not trust this company since they hire MENTAL UNSTABLE PEOPLE WHO RACIALLY PROFILE IN ADDITION TO BEING IGNORANT OVER THE PHONE... That is a waste of any patients time! You will have an appointment and waste your time going on that day, when they scheduled your for another day. You may cancel and think you are canceled but I asked for confirmation and nothing was sent meaning nothing was canceled. The other office confirmed that ELIZABETH CHOSE TO NOT CANCEL ANYTHING! I do not like when people are next to a ringing phone and choose to not answer. Before GETTING A CHANCE TO BE SEEN FIRST, this company has already proven to me that they cannot be trusted and have entirely TOO MUCH STANK ATTITUDE that I am never going to accept! Carla at the Tenaya location gets to give me a date and time, and change it later and thinks that it stands if she chooses to ignore my emails and phone calls. SHE'S WRONG BECAUSE ALL I HAVE TO DO IS CANCEL DUE TO HER IGNORANCE! Elizabeth at the Henderson location answered the call with the wrong attitude. Every question that I asked had to be asked again because she wasn't listening! At the end she agreed to cancel my appointment and I am not accepting any excuses on why she DECIDED NOT TO CANCEL. I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE FTC DUE TO BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I called the Tenaya location again someone confirmed SHE DID NOT CANCEL. i rather relax and go to a better Company with ZERO BULLSH**.. Grievance filed 12/30/2024

    I finally needed to take my elderly father for a hearing checkup due to having to constantly repeat…read moremyself in conversations with him. Some hearing loss is to be expected since he's in his 80s, but we also had to make sure there was nothing physically wrong with his ears. After contacting several other audiology facilities first because they were listed more prominently on Yelp, I finally found Vegas Valley Hearing, which was the only one to want to help me with verifying his Medicare supplemental insurance so his hearing exam would be covered in full. I had called a Medicare rep who told me that no doctor's referral is required for a routine hearing assessment, and Vegas Valley Hearing confirmed it (unlike the other places that kept insisting I get a referral from his primary care doctor before I could even schedule an appointment). The hearing exam involved a general inspection of the ear (inside and out) and then going into the soundproof booth for the actual testing of auditory function. After the exam, the results were explained to us and questions answered to our satisfaction. The testing revealed that my dad has abnormal hearing loss for his age, and he probably should get a hearing aid to improve his quality of life. I appreciated that there was no sales pressure or obligation when we were given information on hearing device costs/options and the followup phone call the next day to let us know that insurance would allow a significant discount if we decided to purchase any of the hearing aids. From start to finish, Vegas Valley Hearing impressed me with their helpfulness, knowledge, and professionalism. It's a small audiology clinic, but it's big on treating patients with exceptional, genuine care. I gladly recommend Vegas Valley Hearing to anyone who wants an extra-effort-for-your-ears hearing improvement assistance experience!
