My fiance and I wanted to book Eric for our wedding photographer. After double booking another…read moreevent on the day of our engagement session (that we had planned for 3 months) and him "forgetting" to tell us (we found out two days prior to our session). We only found out that he double booked when we stuck our ground about not cancelling our session "due to the weather," thats when he told us that day no longer worked for him because he was going to be flying out of state for a different event. We decided not to work with him as we felt this was very unprofessional and something we did not want to happen on the day of our wedding. We asked him for a refund of our money (both our deposit and the additional $600 we paid on top) and he told us he would not give us our deposit back as it was nonrefundable but now we cannot get ahold of him to get our REFUNDABLE $600 back. Very unprofessional.
