Ryan, Jada and the team at ProMortgage were extremely helpful throughout our home purchasing journey. They came in with all the right resources and were able to answer all our questions no matter how insignificant they might have seen. They were able to get all paper work in on a timely manner and were able to walk us through every part of the process, not just the financial part. Asa first time home buyer everything seemed scary but dealing with Ryan and team my wife and I felt at ease until closing and even after they have followed up to make sure we are doing great in our new home. Ryan and team Thank You for helping my wife through this huge milestone and also helping us stay in our city of San Francisco. I would highly recommend Ryan to help with any Mortgage needs you might have. We will continue to work with him on any future needs we have. 5out5 on all aspects. read more

I met Ryan and Jada when my real estate agent introduced us. We were mid-deal when I decided to finance my purchase, a short sale in South Beach. It was a whacky deal with not all parties playing nicely. Ryan and Jada were very wonderful in the way they kept me informed, explained processes, and responded to every request. Mine was only a modest purchase but they treated me like any of their highest value clients. Service, performance, response times--could not have been better. Highly recommend! read more

Ryan and Jada Sanders were an exceptional team! They were easy to work with, very communicative, well-informed, and made the house buying process so easy for us with minimal headaches. This was my first time purchasing a home. At first I wasn't sure it was a good idea. I reached out to Ryan to see what I'd qualify for and we discussed the pros and cons of buying versus renting. I never felt pressured to buy a home. After much reflection I finally decided to go for it and made an offer, which was accepted. Ryan was very helpful and a total pro. He really went above and beyond. I'll definitely be sticking with him whenever I refinance and will recommend him to anyone I know who's buying a home. I felt like I was treated as a person and not just a business transaction. He took the time to get to know me and establish a trusting relationship. That's extremely valuable for such an important decision as purchasing a home. Thank you! read more

Ryan did a refinance for us back in 2019 and the experience was excellent. I didn't even know it existed a yelp review for mortgage brokers so I did not leave a review. But I did remember his name when we bought a new home this year. 5 stars again, so it would make it 10. - Best rate net of the conditions I wanted (after shopping around under suggestion of my money-wiser friend). - Always connected - Uses modern digital tools for uploading, submitting, signing and so forth - Closed in 20 something days (which was a big deal because we had sold our home first and we were paying airbnb during home hunting). read more

You can not go wrong with Ryan and his team. Ryan and his team went above and beyond the call of duty and got me the absolute best deal possible. My family and I would not be able to get any of our homes if it wasn't for how Ryan came through for us. He doesn't just get you a loan. He gets the best possible deal that makes sense to him and something that he himself would not mind being involved in. He is no nonsense, down to earth and infectiously funny. This guy and his amazing team know the market exceptionally well and never stop working for their clients. I will continue to work with these people for many more years to come and highly recommend reaching out to them for their life-changing services. read more

Ryan and Jada are the best!! Total pleasure to work with them. They make easeful what could be stressful.

I was exactly where you are now -- looking on Yelp for the right person to trust with my home loan. I would say you have come to the end of your search. After reading the other glowing reviews here, I decided to work with Ryan and it is right up there with the best decisions I have ever made. Ryan brings an amazing combination of personal heart and professional expertise to his work. He took on my loan as if it were his own and guided it all the way through to closing. Ryan works with a very conscientious team of staff members who take care of the various parts of the application process. And he tapped into his extensive network of professional relationships, cultivated over many years in the business, to find the best lender for my loan. And, as other reviewers also point out, he kept me updated throughout the process, and always took the time to answer my questions and explain the details. Congratulations on finding Ryan! I have worked with a number of brokers over the years and I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan. Good luck with your loan! Pete read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Ryan Lugbauer and Pro Mortgage! Ryan was responsive, professional, and did a great job of communicating via email and text what was going on throughout the whole mortgage process. His assistant Jada was amazing and was always on top of all of the details, and made things go like clockwork. I would highly recommend Ryan Lugbauer when you're looking to buy a new home or refinance your existing mortgage! read more

If you're looking for the typical mortgage professional to do the bare minimum on your loan, Ryan is NOT for you. He is whip smart, creative, and determined to get you the best loan possible for your situation. No cookie cutters here! I know I'm in very capable hands anytime I work with him. I've been lucky enough to have Ryan's help on several refinances. Each time he was proactive and looked out for MY best interest, even if it meant he would make less, for example. Ryan stands out for his passion and deep knowledge of both real estate and finance which make him exceptionally resourceful! read more

Ryan did a great job obtaining financing for a very tough purchase. as a first time buyer, Ryan did a great job making sure that the transaction went as smooth as possible. It was also an FHA loan, which required more details than a regular conventional loan. He communicated with me, and made me feel at ease when the stress of the purchase (buying into a new development) became overwhelming. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true problem solver. I did not have a big Jumbo loan, but he treated me like I was buying a million dollar house. Thanks Ryan!! read more

He has impressive knowledge of the real estate market, and we always felt like he used it with our best interest in mind. Ryan is a quality person. He shows it in many ways. When it comes to business, he is a true professional. I am in the real estate sales side of things and count on a mortgage broker to help my clients. Ryan has never failed me or them. He calls people back quickly, he provides information in a highly organized and easy to follow way. I have never seen him or heard him over react. He is highly competitive and tenancious. He hardly takes no for an answer. And will do anything he can to get you the best rate. I am super impressed by Ryan and his ability to break things down and help everyone see the bottom line. I count on Ryan as a part of my team and if you call him I bet he'll be on your speed dial, too. Thanks for all your great work, Ryan! read more

I tried for quite sometime to get my house refinanced at a lower rate and even though I had been working with a broker I had been turned down many times. I had given up until someone told me to call Ryan. I can not believe the time and energy he put into getting me qualified for a loan and succeeded. I have already give his name out to several friends with a very high reference and will continue to do so.. . Ryan doesn't give up which works out for your benefit. I am making the highest 5Star recommendation read more

We just closed our second loan transaction with Ryan Lugbauer, and remain extremely satisfied with his service. We recently completed a major addition and renovation to our home (Ryan helped us with the loan to purchase this property) and needed to do a cash-out-refinance in order to repay the costs associated with construction. Ryan has a thorough understanding of the mortgage industry, and during the months leading up to the completion of our project, he kept us informed about changes in the industry which could potentially impact us. Ryan understood our needs and our low tolerance for risk, and when it was time to pull the trigger and begin the refinance process, his focus was to make sure that we got the best loan product possible. He called regularly to check in and let us know how the approval process was progressing, and always answered my phone calls. The RPM Mortgage online system for uploading documents made it a breeze to easily update our file whenever we had a new paystub or bank statement to add - SO MUCH easier than having to make copies and email or fax them. We were very satisfied with Ryan's services from start to finish, will continue to offer him our business, and would highly recommend him. read more
