This review is long overdue! We started working with David Rubinstein in spring 2021 and finally got into contract on a home the following January as rates were beginning to increase. David and his associates helped us secure the best rate available to us just as all that started. We had some issues with our contract that make it all a bit tricky to navigate. The sellers' market and awkward timing with a long holiday weekend created enormous pressure in our case to enable what turned into an 18 day close, which we were told by others was basically impossible. But against all odds, David made it happen! In addition, he carefully walked us through all the ins and outs of the deal, which we really appreciated as this was our first time purchasing a home and we badly needed the guidance. Even though not all lenders could work within our truncated timeline, David was up for the challenge, and he got us an amazing rate! The contract went through without a hitch. He definitely put in plenty of long days to help make this happen, which we really appreciated as the sellers' market had tied our hands and forced us to move very quickly throughout the whole process, which we otherwise would not have done. Terrible terrible awful company do not waste your time or money or believe anything they have to say! They will seem nice at first but then become incredibly unprofessional and rude. They kept sending me emails meant for other people with their personal information included. They were just lost and clueless every time I spoke with them. We had them pre approve us guaranteed we would be approved for the loan thru the manager before we even began the process. Spent month and months and thousands of dollars getting our credit up to 580 once finally there they said they changed their minds now they need a 620 so we continued to work until we reached a 620 u guessed it now they need a 640 it is a never ending game with them what a joke! read more
