This phone call happened to wake me and our newborn up and admittedly his response to Alex was a bit rude. However. Alex's retort was "Then wake up earlier bitch." Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. In no world would I ever consider doing business with someone like that or recommending them to anyone I know.

He was very knowledgeable about the Olympia area and did quite a bit of field work for us. He walked acres of land, consulted wetland specialists, and went to the county planning desk multiple times to get questions answered about the property we were considering. I would strongly recommend Mike and hope to get the chance to work with him in the future.

I had a negative experience working with Mike Fisk, a realtor representing a seller whose house I…read morepurchased. Mike complained about his clients and did not conduct due diligence with misrepresentations on disclosures about the house. The sellers left the house dirty and with numerous personal belongings which we photographed during the final walk through. The sellers affirmed in writing that the home would be clean and the items removed. When we contacted the Mike about the issue, he responded with a very nasty text to my realtor. His manager said that Mike was stressed because the sellers were difficult and the house only sold for asking price!! With all the really great realtors available, I recommend looking for a professional realty.

He assisted with our sale of this home. It sold pretty quickly. He was informative, responsible, and went out of his way to make the transaction go smoothly. He was easy to speak to and understood any concern we had. We felt like valued customers/clients. He was available for random questions as confused purchasers, and he never made us feel anything less than someone genuinely out to make this successful and minimal stress. Soon after this original transaction was completed, we were in route to find our forever home. He sent us several choices that fit perfectly to our needs. He also made this sale go great, and we couldn't be happier. The reason for 5 stars is for truly going over and beyond so many occasions that I can't keep track. He always called back, keeping the ball rolling to complete both the sales and purchases. He also has assisted with questions after the sale. This makes us feel like it was not a commission check but a friend who we are so thankful to have. I believe he is an asset to this company and will recommend him to anyone looking to sell, buy, or anything in between. If you are in need of selling or purchasing a home, he will indeed definitely be the guy. Thank you, Tim Lynch! From Leah Yelps 4-year Elite from Lacey

The manager wanted to charge us thousands of dollars for a superficial interior paint job which was finally reduced to a few hundred by the owner, but we lost confidence in our manager after that. Other repairs were hundreds of dollars and a reimbursement for paint to the tenant after their handyman already painted was too high. The comments made by the manager about the monthly rent being too high seemed to be the justification for the overpricing of paint jobs and repairs. If you want to save money with more experienced property managers, go elsewhere.

It's unlike any other agent I've worked with. Most agents will post their cell phone pics on the MLS and call it good. Shane and Lisa call in multiple professionals and work as a team. Every house I've shot for them has had some sort of fixture replaced, a deep cleaning, something painted (if not the whole house), concrete cleaned, windows washed, modern house numbers added, plants/sod/potting soil added. Once all that is done, they'll bring in the stager and photographer. Then they'll market the house on multiple social media channels and have a custom URL website for the property. I know I'm missing something because the extent they go to is overwhelming. I don't know how they do it and still have time to sleep. If I was going to intrust ANYONE to sell my house - it would be without a doubt, Shane and Lisa Klinkhammer. They make the world a better place and deserve so, so much more.

Shane is a not just a good real estate agent, but an exceptional one; he is by far the best one we've ever had. What stood out right away when we met him is his great desire to help us find the ideal home for us. He worked with us for several weeks before we made our house-hunting trip from LA by providing us on a daily basis the homes we would be interested in and helped us compile a top-20 list based on our specifications. Its very apparent that he loves serving people and has a tremendous enthusiasm for the business of real estate. It also doesn't hurt that he is backed up by his extremely capable wife, Lisa, who is the brains and logistics expert behind Shane's energy and drive. They provided us with a binder that contained details of each home on our daily tour and pertinent information on the community - maps and data on shopping, stores, restaurants, and schools. He's not that super-extroverted personality who talks a lot, but has that just right touch of providing all the necessary information on a community that we were driving and then waiting to listen to our reactions to the community and the home. He has that winning personality and sense of humor that you feel very happy and comfortable with and driving the properties turned out to be very pleasurable task rather than a boring chore. For every home we visited, he had helpful remarks on layout, good and not-so-good features and where we might need work done. He helped us compile a list of our top-5 properties and, when it came time to settle on our first choice and make an offer, he helped us figure out advantages and disadvantages of each one, rank them, and strategize our approach. We never had a shred of doubt of his honesty and integrity and that he was completely on our side. Shane also has an extensive network of support entities of mortgage brokers, appraisers, inspectors and handy men, and knew most of the listing agents. We were extremely lucky to have the Kilnkhammer team help us find our dream home and count our blessings that we had them looking out for our interests.
