It's hard to know how to find people who will do right by you. Some of these reviews have twenty perfect five stars without even a four star. Ok... The Holbrooks helped us find our farm. They showed all the properties I was interested in, but the biggest thing was they lacked initiative. They volunteered no information on a suitable place to raise chickens and geese. There are hawks in the area we knew nothing about. The heavy rains make replacing pasture boards a must every season. The long drive into town is tiresome. Maintenance on the farm is very hard work, so many things need to be done. The houses here range from million dollar properties to some really run down ones. We knew none of this because they didn't bother getting to know us or asking what our goals were. They just showed houses. This is where most realtors are at, right in the middle. Not saying the Holbrooks were a fail, this farm is beautiful and my skills in working around all the things that keep a ten acre farm running have really improved. They also could have negotiated on our behalf, we got stuck with really bad carpet. Coming home and seeing my horses grazing on acres of green pasture with a view of Rainier, makes up for it. No tract housing development is even close to what we have. Still..I'm writing an honest review and if they had volunteered more information their score would be higher. I'd recommend them for a farm family, but coming from an executive life to a farm was very difficult for my spouse. Ok, he's not a farmer, but I spent many happy summers at my grandparents farm, so it was easier. In hindsight, I should have contacted someone more familiar with executive relo's. This is a fair score for our situation, and my spouses view. I would be willing to recommend them for people in other situations.

Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is.
