Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. OMG. OMG. OMG. Can you say OMG!!!!!!!! I found this place…read morethrough a search for a part for my boat. After talking for a few minutes with Brian I knew this guy and his crew knew everything about my Malibu Wake setter 23LSV I have had several problems with my power wedge eventually the Lenco control box was destroyed. Lenco in their brilliant wisdom discontinued producing them and there is no way to fix it with a different box. That's where Brian comes in. He told me he had done this bypass for another customer. I told him your hired and I pulled my boat over 300 miles to have them fix it. While I was there they found one of my rams had leaked water into it through the seal. This is number 3 for me. WTH. He luckily had one and replaced it along with installing the switch bypass for the power wedge. The price was very reasonable. This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF. I cannot say it enough. If you don't bring your Malibu here you are a fool. Just Awesome!!!!! Thank you Brian and your staff. Cannot wait to have you service my boat again.

After having my 31 foot Sea Ray for almost a year with another marine company, my friends told me to go see Jesus, at Baja Marine. Wow what a difference! From the second I met Jesus he made me comfortable. He told me exactly what was wrong, and gave me a timeframe he could finish the work. Everything was tested in front of me, with pictures of all the mistakes made by my old mechanic. Jesus, exudes confidence, with his knowledge, skills and great mechanics working under him. He fixed everything he promised, he even told me my hot water heater was installed wrong. His guys fixed that as well. After spending too many thousands of $$$ with my first mechanic, Jesus came in and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Treating my boat as his own. After wasting a year with the old mechanic, I could now finally take my boat to Channel Island. Jesus did two sea trails, and called us on the way to make sure everything was perfect and that my brother and I were safe. What an experience! Thank you Jesus and Baja Marine for allowing my wife and I live the dream of being a boat owner (with a boat that actually runs). Hints: Do not trust any one that says their a mechanic, make sure they are certified. Be quick to get a second opinion from Baja Marine. Worst boating repair shop experience ever!!! Consulted with…read moreBaja Marine on a raw water pump failure in August 2023 and did not get my boat returned until late July 2024 (11 Months). I was overcharged for services and the boat was returned with a $26000 invoice and it still wasn't repaired properly and alarms were still existing I have 40 years experience with boats and this shop was good when it catered to private boaters like myself and was located in Lomita. They seem to have grown too fast and they currently prioritize their commercial accounts and they could care less about private boaters like myself. I live in San Pedro and was told on a daily basis for 5 months that the boat would be finished tomorrow which wasted my time and most of the summer 2024. Upon finally returning my boat alarms were still present and the boat was not repaired properly so I had to take it to another shop. When evaluating a boat shop to fix your boat I would not recommend Baja Marine. 1. Over Promised (1 Month) and under delivered on expectations for returning my boat (11 Months) 2. Had to get get lawyers and police engaged to release the boat. Hostile owners Jesus Ramirez, Robert Munoz 3. Overcharged for services that were never addressed or repaired. Required to be repaired by another shop 4. Extremely difficult to work with Baja Marine (No response to calls and text) 5. Unprofessional techs and making it impossible to communicate. 6. Boat Shop is a complete mess (see photo of abandoned and unrepaired boats) with boats parked on top of each other making it impossible to walk through to check on your boat.
