Best coworking space in Nassau County!…read more Before joining The BenchSpace, I looked at two other coworking spaces and nearly signed up for another one. I'm glad I didn't! Compared to its competitors like Regus and other local businesses, the BenchSpace has the best customer service and the best offices. It's the only place that does coworking right. The biggest thing for me was that there were no cancellation notice requirements or fees. Rent is month-to-month so you can have a desk to work at for as short or long a period of time as you need. Another thing they do that others don't is offer you a free day. This sold it for me. The other offices would just give you a tour, but you don't really know what you're getting in to. Having a free day allowed me to see that the space was consistently quiet and I wasn't going to be in a nightmare office. Ultimately, I highly recommend this space for anybody who's looking for a short-term solution. It's cheaper than building a home office and it feels nice to have somewhere to go everyday so you're not stuck inside.

Everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need. Our company also holds our meetings here and the set up has a professional feel to it, and you have all the amenities you need for your meetings and presentations. Other benefits, you can check your mail at anytime. With other virtual offices I only had access during regular business hours. Also you can have meetings on the weekends vs just the weekdays. If you are going to choose this office even within the "Intelligent Office" brand then this is the location to go.

Clients beware! Also, in addition to not giving me gear, they were very rude about payment issues. Fast to collect, even faster to freeze my membership and to lock me out of making bookings. Way to kick a man when he is down! They even charged me for storage for gear they would not let me access. They are extortionists at their best. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of someone with a 'disability'. Shame on you for kicking an artist when they are down. Gear often turned up missing in the gear closet. Elevator is cramped. Bathroom is neat, but accounting is dirty. I suggest looking up one of many other rental studios. 28 on 29 for example is quite good! I left them with an open offer, and they are free to reach out to me. All I want to do is pay them for the storage and get my gear back. Thank you!
