If you don't mind walking it's not so bad, simply make sure you have extra layers or a scarf and hat as it can get very windy! They also have a small outdoor amphitheatre. This place is great. It has a a few places in here. I used to work at the child care facility in…read morehere and loved it. I do love the fact that when you're in break you could either eat at the food court then have in the second floor or in the little sit down area they provide. For the food court, you have to go to the second floor and walk to your right almost like you're walking to the elevators. Before going to them, you make a left and walk down a hallway till you get to this entry way to your left. That's where you enter in. The sit area isn't really small. It probably has about 15 small 4 seaters and about 3 tall eight seaters. It had two circle seats which had palm trees in the middle of them with charging ports as well. That's at the front of the plaza as soon as you walk in. There is also a bank/ATM and a decent sized concession stand. At the other side is where you go up/down going up to the second floor. Which u know has a jewelry store, a law firm and I think a bank. There are elevators to the other floors as well, but I am unsure of what's on those floors. They decorate for Christmas on the inside with these big snowflakes and that are hanging in the sitting area along with about 8 trees with white lights. They have a huge Christmas tree on the outside before you walk into the doors with colored lights on and a star at the top. The second floor has another decent sized tree decorated with white lights and red, silver and white decorations

BUYER BEWARE! This…read moreproperty may look beautiful and seem too good to be true, because it is! I purchased all cash in October 2021 and have been having non-stop issues with the board ever since. This review is being posted in December of 2022, so come next election things could change. However, the current board is made up of two residents who have been running the property for about 6 years now in addition to two new people. The "senior" board members are using their positions to forward their own interests and do not care about the other shareholders. They bully and intimidate anyone who goes against their "status quo". I have been slandered to the community and ostracized for speaking out against the bad mortgage they just took out. I have also been cursed out more than once by a board member who repeatedly breaks the house rules as they feel they are above them. The board will actually go so far as to pass new rules without any input from shareholders when they see something they do not like. For example, the current president has an issue with retractable dog leashes, so he banned them. This place is in debt and the board has no plans to raise revenue or make any improvements that will raise this property value. The board have also been caught lying to shareholders. For example, the president told everyone in an open shareholder meeting on 9/13/1022 that the Town of Babylon denied our request for a private dog park. According to the town no plans were ever submitted, but if they were it would have been approved as other communities have done the same in Babylon township. I have this in writing. Save yourself the headache!
