I came back to leave another review as I'm unable to edit my previous one. the business owner responded to my review and within minutes, I had an email sent out per his request and Thomas wright, senior specialist, helped me every step of the way. He went above and beyond to take all the necessary steps to ensure the shipping address was changed and still delivered on time, and even kept in contact with me while the team was en route to the destination. Within a couple of hours, he provided more help than any of the customer service reps I had spoken with all week. While call center employees are in much need of better training practices, I will say, the employees that have earned their ranks such as Thomas, are what make the business stand out and turn an otherwise irate customer to a very satisfied one. I bought an LG refrigerator directly from the company, and boy did I make a big mistake! They use RXO as their shipping company and from the start it was a disaster. First I was told that the refrigerator would be ready to deliver on time, then on the day before delivery I was told it needed to be rescheduled because the refrigerator had not arrived yet. Later that night I received a text saying the refrigerator had been delivered and I would be getting it tomorrow. I had already arranged not to have the delivery so I had to scramble and call them again. Every time I called the company. It was like speaking to a robot. even on the day of delivery a week later I got a text in the morning at 7:00 AM saying they would be at my house in 30 minutes even though I had asked for an afternoon appointment, however, they didn't get to my house until 10:45 AM. The delivery and install itself was fine.This company seems to be extremely disorganized and needs to get its act together. He was able to get my TV scheduled for delivery today 12/11/24. Big shout-out to him. He checked in with updates, and followed up with me today to make sure everything went smoothly. Purchased an LG dishwasher which came with free delivery, installation and removal of old one. the delivery men clearly were over their heads and refused to install for some ridiculous reason we still are not sure of. after an hour and a half of trying to get them to do the job ( language barrier) and going back and forth with the equally useless customer support, they walked out and left us with a dishwasher in our living room! Wish I could rate 0 stars. They were supposed to deliver my LG TV on Wednesday between 3:00 and 7:00 pm and call with a 1/2 notice. They never showed up and called at 8;20 pm and I wasn't home no 1/2 notice since I couldn't be home for 20 minutes the driver told me they would deliver it on tomorrows truck. The next day (today) it wasn't on the truck and when I asked for a manager she told me it would be delivered till next Monday. 5 days after the initial delivery that they screwed up. In the meantime, I have an install team scheduled and have to cancel. And you can't even call the local hub to speak to anyone they only give you an 800 number which people from outside the US answer. When they tried to get the local hub they got their voice mail. The guys that delivered my washer were cheerful and professional. They quickly assessed the route up the front stairs in the yard, the stairs to the porch and the path to the laundry. They made carrying the washer with the harness look easy. Then they proceeded to hook up the machine and tested it. They were polite, professional, and cheerful. read more

If I could give zero stars I would I made an order on the samsclub app on Sept 5th I recieved texts from this company last week Wednesday they scheduled delivery for Saturday the 14th between 3-7 pm I stayed home all day waiting for them, never received a call or text that day I called the 800 number provided service was horrible the people barely spoke English and were of no help!! I never canceled delivery, I'm assuming the driver chose not to deliver on Saturday on their tracking provider it states "rescheduled by 6 Whatever that means, I never spoke with anyone to cancel. I did not even get a courtesy text to let me know what was going on!! I wouldn't recommend this for delivery services horrible customer service/support they will push back your delivery multiple times and you won't receive your order till over 3 wks later horrible experience thus far good luck trying to contact anyone for assistance read more

Seems like the last three big ticket items I have purchased have been delivered by XPO Logistics and I have to say they are stellar. They communicate when to expect them and what the window is and even called to see if I would be available for an earlier (2 days) delivery since they would be in the area. This company is HORRIBLE. My Peloton was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 3:30-6:30,.. 8:30PM rolls around and still no Peloton. I called multiple times into customer service and no one could give me and update. At that point I said I had children and no one would be entering my home at 9PM to deliver something as they are all asleep. I asked for a new delivery date and they stated I would have to wait for the item to be returned to their warehouse for them to schedule me a new date. Completely unacceptable. Do better. The delivery from lowes was a nightmare. Had a refridgerator delivered they left it in the rain for around 20 minutes they damaged the refridgerator door scratched it all up on the face on one side. Taking the fridge in and out the broke my door jam and now no one will reach out to me it seems a lawsuit and complaint to the state attorney generals office is the only way to handle this issue. Every time I call the number listed I just get put on hold for over 20 mins (no one ever actually answers). read more

But after my one star review Thomas from the resolution team contacted me right away to expedite my delivery. After that I was able to get my delivery for the next day. I ordered a 65 in TV from Amazon and I was very pleased with the condition the TV arrived in when delivered by XPO Logistic. I am retired after working 30 years in the delivery business and I've seen many damaged TVs come though the system so I was a little worried but it arrived in perfect condition. It even arrived 4 days early and I was called about 15 minutes before they arrived so I could look for them. The delivery guys were very professional and brought the TV right u to the living room. I found the delivery people to be friendly and reliable. The problem that I have with XPO is with the management team. It seems that part A of that team does not communicate well with part B of the team. I was to receive a delivery on 1/15/21 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. I received the automated phone call telling me that the item was on the truck. At 5:00, when I had heard nothing nor seem any sign of the delivery trick,, I called Lowe's who said that a manager would return my call.....crickets.... At 9:00 pm I looked up the number for XPO and found its dispatcher number. When I called that number the person on other end told me that my delivery was "deleted". Imagine my surprise. I called Lowe's.....crickets.... So I went to bed wondering what had happened to my order???? The next morning I get a text that my item is "on the truck" but it does not give an estimated time of delivery. I call dispatch again who tells me it will be delivered sometime before 4:00. You can imagine why I was suspicious of that info. So I spoke with a manager who figured out how to contact the driver to give me an exact time. This company needs some training on departmental communication skills! read more

Zero stars. Confirmed delivery on Thursday night for Friday refrigerator delivery. Friday afternoon they called to say they were not in fact going to be delivering it today. rescheduling for the following week at their convenience. Costs me a days pay, besides having emptied the old fridge and turning the water off in the house to accommodate new fridge installation, and they couldn't be bothered to resolve the issue they created. They don't care that it costs me an additional days pay to now take off work again, and just hope that they actually honor the next delivery date that THEY chose. If you have a choice for your delivery provider, RXO should be your absolute last choice. Their customer service is subpar at best, and they DO NOT CARE about leaving their customers to clean up the messes they create. This is not a professional logistics company, as they told me, they only have 1 truck, so if something happens to that 1 truck, your items aren't getting delivered. They also apparently only have 1 supervisor who isn't available to help deal with customer issues that they have caused. customers beware!! Your cousin Bobby's friend with the pickup truck is probably a better option than RXO. read more

Horrifically terrible customer service. Delivery scheduled for 12/20/22. Never received phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Received email stating driver attempted delivery and we were not home, so item was returned to hub. We were home watching for driver and nobody ever showed up. Attempted to contact carrier. Call routed to foreign call center that was unable to give me any helpful information and unable to provide contact info for anyone who could help. I've spoken to four different people from the same call center in the last two days. Each gave me a different explanation for the delay, and as of now nobody can tell me where my package is or when it will be delivered. Most recently they suggested that it had never arrived at the hub and was not scheduled for delivery, despite multiple emails and text messages confirming the original schedule. I was also told they do not have any supervisor or manager I can speak to. I contacted Amazon to file a complaint and they were only able to reach out to the same call center I had already spoken with. I notified Amazon that going forward, if I see any order scheduled for delivery through XPO/RXO I will immediately cancel the order and go through someone else. read more
