The manager and I have always talked, I'm a book keeper for a similar shop in Cincinnati. She knows I would never lie or rip them off, I HAVE SPENT A TON OF MONEY THERE! The next time I got in a open a package of these capsules and hey they were all melted but I just said whatever and grabbed on and gave the melted open ones to the cashier. Next time I go in a I ask the cashier, new manager, whomever TF he is... told me no and he f I open another one in the store I have to purchase it and that it was my fault they were melted. Lol I said ok. Grabbed the cheapest thing, and left. I will never go back in because that is how they treat loyal customers that have spent thousands in there! And it is not worth the negativity ever going back in. I'd rather drive spend more money somewhere else with a more respectful employee. I research everything I buy online, and it's refreshing to get an equal level of knowledge from the staff about stuff you've already looked into. I found I spent most of my time here socializing and getting to know them more than the products I was after. I went in hoping to find a specific product, and being a brick and mortar store (they can't stock everything) so I was out of luck there, but they had one of the best selections I've seen in-store for someone not sure what they want. I spent most of my time with Wally (the owner) he's laid back, cool, and very informative. I ended up spending a Benjamin ($100) in there that day and walked out with a huge stack of stuff and cool freebies, too. My favorite thing purchased that day was Wolfsbane's "Wall of Voodoo" e-juice. Stuff is amazing. He comped me a bottle of their house blend apple coffee which turned out to also be equally delicious. On a side note, the item I was looking for, he offered to order it and have it in stock in just a few days, at a very competitive price to online (They have to make a profit of course) - Experience was very positive and they have a website where you can buy e-juice without having to go to the location.
