I received a call from Mr James Hall of RWR Loans suggesting that I should consider refinancing my mortgage. I hadn't even remotely considered this since I had just bought the house three years prior and was skeptical that it would prove worthwhile. Mr Hall referred me to Mr Ali, the loan expert from RWR Loans, who walked me slowly, patiently and diligently through the process. I am profoundly glad that I took their advice because I ended up saving an enormous amount of money; over $600 per month plus a two month hiatus from paying the mortgage. I am very grateful for the professional behavior of this firm's staff and would recommend others to use their services. read more

This office engages in low-quality cold calls after buying your information from information brokerages. It's incredible inconvenient and a terrible means of engaging with consumers... I've added my information to a Federal do-not-call list, yet their office, and other like theirs, still persisting in calling. STOP this practice and work on generating leads with a more ethical model. read more

Working with Ali Hasnain Ali was the best part of the loan process - and I never say best and loan process in the same sentence. Everything time an issue popped up like whack-a-mole, Ali smacked it down. He kept me updated the whole way through. He actually knows what he's doing. His efficiency, attention to detail, and calm don't worry. I got this energy turned what could have been a full-blown stress spiral into something suprising smooth. If you want a lone broker who handles problems faster than you can refresh your email, Ali is your guy. I highly recommend him. read more

Relaxing at home on a Saturday morning, enjoying a little down-time after a hard week at work, and I get a phone call from Redwood Realty. It's an unsolicited telemarketing call (despite the fact that my number is on the federal do-not-call registry). The guy immediately launches into a sleazy spiel about "taking advantage of low interest rates." Please don't support these bottom-feeding telemarketers. There are plenty of good mortgage companies out there who use responsible marketing. read more

A couple of months ago, one of Redwood Realty people called us about a refinance. I had been trying, over the past 6 months on and off, to do a re-fi at a much better rate with little success so we decided to give Redwood a try. Ali Hasnain Ali assured us it could happen, and although it took some time to subrogate our home equity line to the new mortgage, and wade through the new Fannie Mae regulations on leased solar panels and insurance, Ali took the lead and made it all happen for a good rate and excellent closing costs, keeping in almost daily contact once the rate was locked. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend his brokerage. read more

I would like to take this opportunity to share to everyone about my business dealings (refinancing) with Ali Ali of Redwood Realty, Inc. for his due diligence, trustworthiness and dependability. The overall outcome of our Refi was very very satisfactory -- it even exceeded our expectations (one of those was the updating of the status of our said refi and) working hard to complete the necessary paperwork regularly and/or every now and then. Ali Ali of Redwood Realty, Inc. is highly commendable for whoever is looking for assistance/help regarding realty and/or property. He will also be included in our prayers that his business will be a success and bring numerous clients. God Bless always. Eva David June 24, 2018 read more

5 stars and more! Ali and his team were awesome in the refi of our home! Fast, flawless process and I'm saving tons of money on my mortgage! Highly recommend them! read more

If there were less than zero stars than this outfit deserves them. This is an absolute rip-off agency that will take your money and do next to nothing for it. In my case they refinanced my mortgage for a higher monthly payment. What a fool I was to believe their load of bull. And if you are not careful, you could find yourself in a situation where they sue you after they have defaulted on their promise to get you a valid refinanced or modified mortgage. You have heard about the fraud and low living forms of life in the post real estate bubble times and let me tell you I met them at Redwood Realty. Stay away!!! if you value your house, your money and your ethics. These guys are absolute cheats and scoundrels. Buyer Beware!!! read more

I want to share my experience to everyone who is thinking of doing business with Redwood Realty and the broker Ali Hasnain Ali. Please do your homework. Exercise caution and perform due diligence on this company. Due to my busy schedule, I did not do my homework and as a result, aside from paying high mortgage broker fees that I agreed upon, I was also overcharged by 2K. My experience was an eye opening that left me thousands of dollars poorer and exploited. Before I signed the final contract, I pointed out to Ali Ali about the 2K extra charge and he informed me he'll do the adjustment. But there was no adjustment done. Honesty and good business practices are non-existent when they do business with borrowers. This is not the first time they deceived their clients. I called the CA Dept. of Real Estate at (877) 373-4542 and found out a long list of violations posted on their site. To prove my point, here is a link of long violations I found at the DRE website. This information is public record and you can easily access it on line: http://search,dre.ca.gov/hearings/enforcementactions.asp?startdate=10/1/2017&enddate=10/31/2017 Copy the link above and paste on your browser Go to the NAME tab and click up arrow to alpha arrange the name list Or you can scroll ¾ down and you'll find Ali Husnain Ali long list of violations (red) Hover your cursor on the violation codes (red) and it'll show the definitions read more

Wishes Yelp had a zero or negative stars options. Because I've blocked multiple numbers from this company, they just use other extensions in their office. I can state with absolute certainty that I was registered with the donotcall each every time these slugs call me. They called again today with another number for me to block. I called Mr. Hasanian (again) and explained that his continued violation of the law will now be in the hands of the authorities. I would never do business with a company like this and no one else should either. Enough already Redwood Realty!!! Use other methods to gain new clients instead of these illegal tactics. read more

Calls on a busy day, even when my number was listed on the DNC list. Gave the person benefit of the doubt and asked for a competitive quote and was not able to provide any clear quote especially when he claimed he saw my property record and loans establish dates. So in addition to violating the DNC rules, this is where the caller must verify not the person who has already applied for DNC, this person also wasted time not being able to provide any quote in short he was phishing. read more

Outstanding service coupled with geniune care and concern. Stayed on top of my modification and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which was successful. OJ does a great job...certainly knows what he is doing, and knows how to deal with lenders, who were too big for me. I have recommended Redwood Realty to everyone I know. No guarantee of a successful modification, but I was confident in his representation. read more

Relaxing after a hard day of work on a Monday and i get a telemarketing call from Redwood Realty even though I am on the do not call list.I answer the phone and hear all types of loud nonsensical chatter in the background while one of their slimy sales reps starts asking me about my personal business.I try to remain calm while this salesman is blabbing about how they're with the FHA and how they can lower my interest rate. All the while I'm hearing some sort of bizarre party in the background.I dont know who these people are and how they got my number but i cant imagine who would actually do business with them. Its amazing to me that companies like this actually exist.Stay away from this one.SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL read more

Thinking the process was going to be a pain-staking process, to my delight, it was far from that. My wife and I were given a time frame from start to finish of 6 months. We were able to complete the process within 3 1/2 to 4 months. The difference of our monthly mortgage savings was considerable. I was so happy with the outcome that I ended up reffering my sister to Redwood Realty. She is currently going through the process. So, we will see how that turns out. I expect it to be as good as ours. read more
