CANNOT recommend KESLAR highly enough!! They are DELIGHTFUL, and actually work with you!! They are such a dream, there is no comparison!!! Do NOT waste your time with HBL!! I wish I could get the years back and all my money, but Keslar is where it's at. **UPDATE** We have since learned from our current agent that HBL never should have even attempted to process anything through our insurance, since we were RENTING. Furthermore, they have now prevented us from getting approved from HOME OWNERS INSURANCE. Since they marked that we made a claim, and they never actually did, no company will take us! These people need to be SUED. Their lack of knowledge or care to their own trade is dangerous to a normal person who just wants decent insurance!
