After many frustrated attempts, I sent another email to Cole Harrison, and was pleasantly surprised. All of the other agents in the area gave me canned emails, or asked how I wanted to be contacted (which is email), and then wanted to set up a call (why ask?). One provider demanded I call, after asking if I preferred email or calls. One was uhhh, not in alignment with my home, the area, or me. One took a whole week to reach out after promising to contact within a day. Anyways, Jason Tremblay got right in touch with me within the hour and we had a great policy set up within a day. His email was kind, knowledgeable, and I could tell it wasn't canned. He is responsive and easy to talk to, and does great work. He is very reassuring as well, emailing on his days off that he sees my communication, and will get back to me as soon as possible. He's a great communicator. They will do nothing more than charge you for a VERY expensive estimate of repairs that they will then submit to the insurance company for you. The insurance company pays no attention to what they have done. They claim they will negotiate on your behalf, but once the insurance company rejects their estimate, they just say "OK, our job is done" and demand payment from you. In fact, their contract makes ALL of your insurance money route through them until they collect their fee. Huge waste of your money and time.
