They're independent, so aren't wedded to any one company. And, they have access to financially sound, top tier insurance companies, that I bet you would never consider. They'll give you excellent options at the outset and then ongoing service is way above average. They will do an annual policy review, without being asked. Renting a vacation car? After many frustrated attempts, I sent another email to Cole Harrison, and was pleasantly surprised. All of the other agents in the area gave me canned emails, or asked how I wanted to be contacted (which is email), and then wanted to set up a call (why ask?). One provider demanded I call, after asking if I preferred email or calls. One was uhhh, not in alignment with my home, the area, or me. One took a whole week to reach out after promising to contact within a day. Anyways, Jason Tremblay got right in touch with me within the hour and we had a great policy set up within a day. His email was kind, knowledgeable, and I could tell it wasn't canned. He is responsive and easy to talk to, and does great work.
