Justin, Peyton and Alyce...THANK YOU!!!…read more I cannot say more kind words about these folks. After being put off by Parris RV and RV And Boats for Less(they even hung up on me). Top Notch rescued the ENTIRE day. They showed amazing empathy for our situation! They snuck us in and helped us with a repair right in their parking lot!! Something we were planning to take days took 2 hours. Thank you all for your incredible service, your incredible attitudes and for saving our anniversary camping trip. The kindness of good people never ceases to amaze me and we will be eternally grateful for you all!

Payton of Top Notch RV is amazing! We temporarily moved into a brand new 2024 travel trailer last…read moreyear. We had no experience in trailer living and Payton has been our go-to-guy for reliability, honesty and dependability. He has returned our calls almost immediately, many times rushing over to help us when its been an emergency. First time, we emptied our black tank we broke the pull-lever and had no clue how to replace it and panicked because it was full! No job too little and Payton came over and immediately replaced it. 2. Second time, our water line froze and I accidently left the bathroom sink handle on and flooded everything. The under-belly cover of the trailer was bursting with water...Payton came within 20 minutes 3. Third visit, He placed heating sensors to keep tanks from freezing and also wired an extra outlet in dining area so we could work on our laptop. 4. Fourth visit, yes we broke our toilet flange and we could not pull it out or use the bathroom...its Payton day off but as he was running errands he called us back, stopped at Home Depot and picked up what was needed and fix it!!! We highly value Payton, he is kind, considerate and patient and takes care of us like family... Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Russell and Patricia R.

I'd like to friendly service in the fast and friendly. Thanks again for all the friendly service…read more For so many years.

Beginning of 2018, we ordered a 1475S Lance travel trailer from crossroads rv. We looked at…read morenumerous manufacturer and trailer models and our research led us to believe Lance had the best quality in the market. We payed $38000.00 for the trailer which was fine because we didn't want the nightmares so may other have gone through but this is were our horror story starts. When picking our options for the trailer, we asked for a ladder to be installed. Later, Mike Helmandollar, our salesman told us "this unit doesn't come with one". So the order was placed and four months later we got our new trailer. We checked out the unit, Mike told us we got a tankless water heater with this trailer, hooked the unit up and brought it home. The day after we got the trailer home, it started falling apart while sitting on our rv slab. This is a list of warranty items we had to have fixed which we found over a two month period. Cargo box latch broke off. Entry trim on floor, screws stripped out. Entry header torn by pantry door rubbing against it. Vent covers missing or broken. Raw lumber used to hold front shell down, expose. Screw holding floor to frame, fell out. Screen door fell apart. Hot water heater, got hot, ran out very fast. Crack in front shell. Glue puddles smeared on floor. We had the trailer for two months. We took it back to crossroads for warranty work. They had it for THREE MONTHS. They call and say the trailer is ready to pickup. When we get there, we notice the trailer is dirty but we check it out as best we could and brought it home, Next morning I go out and wash the unit down and find paint cracks in the front shell and there's black streaks in the paint where they did the repair to the front shell. I call crossroads and had a fit. They said they'll sent touch up paint!!! I tell them "bull...." I'm not painting a trailer I payed $38000 for so they said to being it back again.... Again "bull...." its a 260 mile trip one way and money out of our pocket each time we go to Pocatello. I asked why didn't they wash off the dirt and check out the unit before calling us???? Jody said she would have the owner call us, one week later, no call. This story can go on for a very long time but here are the facts. 1. Their your best friends until you sign the papers 2. Remember the ladder, Mike did not disclose to us that the 1475 models have a "No Walk On Roof". 3. Mike lied to us concerning the "tankless water heater". This unit has a 2.5 holding tank. 4. All of Lance's repairs are given to the lowest bidder. Lance slapped this trailer together without any quality checking. I fought with them for months over this unit. Asked for a replacement trailer that wasn't broken but no they wanted to make "it right" but as I write this review that trailer is still broken. Don't buy a Lance, cheap trailers. If you buy thru crossroads rv, expect no customer service, they just want your money.

My husband and I drove from Oregon to Idaho to purchase a used camper. Upon arriving we were…read moregetting a walk around by Gary and Mike. We knew the camper was a little rough, but were assured that it was cleaned up and the roof had been inspected and sealed. Unfortunately we took their word for it. We inspected the camper ourselves while there, but didn't climb on the roof. After driving 750miles back home we then did our own full inspection. What we found was beyond disgusting inside the hanging cabinets and the roof had a big tear around a vent and a previous patch. We contacted Mike and explained the roof situation. He agreed to send the material to repair the roof ourselves.Do not trust them one bit when buying a camper or trailer because they lie about work having been done. Please inspect fully before leaving with your new camper. Below are some pics of what we had to deal with.

DO NOT BUY from PARRIS RV Only reason I am writing this is…read moredue to multiple issues in our experience with Parris RV Absolute worst experience from buying the RV, Quality of the RV, and service warranty of the RV. Salesman lied which is typical and I expected that. Now after dealing with Parris RV on other sides of their house I realize they could care less about the customer and only focus on their bottom line. After not being able to use our RV more than twice since we bought it because it has sat on their lot for warranty repair work for 3 months plus they could not get us in for three weeks for a potential propane line leak that could cause it to explode, no rush on their part to get us in at all. There was zero communication on their part after dropping it off and being told we would hear from them next day or no later than Monday, zero information as to what is happening with our RV, we finally had to contact them not only once but THREE times (Don't bother with voicemail)! The final time after going directly to the GM we were contacted after the weekend saying it was all the sudden done, result proved that to be a lie. When we got there to inspect the RV work done, only one item of numerous items had been completed after months and again zero communication. The linoleum was still bubbling, shower floor still had no support work done, vent covers missing, wallpaper still rippling trim work not fixed, the slide out is apparently an issue we have to live with, door still not locking and screen door wouldn't stay shut, skirting issues not addressed. The way they finally "fixed" the linoleum floor was to just inject glue in the bubbled spots which will fail again and will be out of warranty at that point so won't be on them to fix it after that. We were told by the GM of the Payson location where the warranty work is being preformed, that "buying a trailer from us is like building a custom home, you get what you pay for and a $35k trailer is not expected to be built with quality" and that "no RV is going to be perfect". He told us they can't buy the RV back and will only trade in the RV but THEY can't loose money. They don't care about the money we are loosing having it sit and still make payments and the fact that we have missed trips due to their incompetency. After enough complaining from us due to their incompetency, they had to involve the overall GM who has been doing this for 27yrs and will ensure you he is on your side and just a farm boy from Idaho (sales 101, relate with your customer). He is much more aware of the what he says and how it is said, told us our coach is great and perfect for us, and that he walked through it front to back to make sure it was ready yet somehow missed that the shower was not cleaned or fully ready and obviously did not check the wallpaper around the shower that I had complained about previously and no one has mentioned or pointed out again cause it is a harder fix (still not fixed even though it is "done" and dropped off to us). After telling us the owner (not sure if this is Brett or Dori) will only trade us straight across exact $Price$, because they refuse to cut us a check for a different RV, not one we might actually like, again it is about their bottom line and not looking like they lost money, no care for customer at all. We were told numerous times by the Payson GM and Company GM and their service manager that the failure to communicate was on them and they apologize yet still failed in the exact same areas, they are also quick to state they know there is no Lemon Law for RVs in Utah. They also managed to loose our Puma spare tire cover and replace it with theirs. Bottom Line is that Parris RV does not care about the customer just what they can sell you and tell you what a great deal you are getting and get you our the door with a poor quality, you get what you pay for, $35K RV Don't make the same mistake we did, DO NOT BUY from PARRIS RV!
