I was told that parts could not be ordered and delivered for a next week service. Later that day I got a NAPA equivalent oil filter and I carry Onan fuel filters. The next morning I called and left a message asking if he would do the service with my parts and I never received a response. I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.

Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.

The RVs almost all had permanent additions on them. Some had roofs built on over the top of the RV roof. This is not a place I would consider staying. However, it is definitely fulfilling the needs of its residents. There doesn't appear to be strict restrictions like you will find at most other places.
