Absolutely terrible experience with Campers World. The customer service after the sale has been a…read morecomplete nightmare. Once they have your money, don't expect them to stand behind their promises. I repeatedly called trying to get updates on my camper and was ignored time after time. When I was finally able to get someone to respond, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. Warranty issues that should have been addressed were denied or brushed aside, leaving me to deal with problems that should have been covered. My sales representative, Hannah, was attentive while making the sale, but once the paperwork was signed, getting help became nearly impossible. The level of communication and follow-through was incredibly disappointing. A warranty is only as good as the company willing to honor it, and based on my experience, Campers World failed to do that. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that the support you receive after the purchase may be very different from the promises made during the sale. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a company that values its customers or stands behind its products.

Update review We bought our 2022 Jayco North Point 377RLBH…read moreWe have a 1yr old & 2 year old Mark the salesman helped us when we had a flat tire not even 15 miles away from the dealership, even though the dealership was closed. -They replaced the landing gear because it was leaking hydraulic fluid About a month later and only 3 overnights in the camper -The weather stripping on the study slide is coming off -The trim is coming off of some of the rooms (I noticed the bathroom trim and told Justin about it when we were doing the walk through) -the valence isn't completely screwed in -the reclining couch wasn't bolted down which resulted in the vinyl floor tearing -the closet door continuously falls off the rail and resulted in damage to the frame -after the first flat tire we realized the other tires are damaged/faulty (Justin in service noted it on his walk through) -the clock was screwed on crooked -the bottom of the island is damaged -the door latch is dented -the window frame is falling off I realize it is more of an issue with Jayco than campers inn directly however we have tried contacting campers inn via phone repeatedly with no luck Hoping we can resolve the issues. I will update the review as needed I also realize some of these are easy fixes, however all the money we put into this thing we shouldn't have to be fixing it up not even a month later

It was still under warranty when we brought it in for repairs last week of June (2024) It's now September 5 and we've been told a myriad of LIES by Tina and Mike in the Service Dept. Every week for the last THREE WEEKS we've been told "It will be ready by the end of next week." Called today and demanded to speak to the sales manager as Mike refused to return our calls. Turns out they've done NOTHING on the rig. When we finally got Mike on the phone he started with his BS again. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Blue Compass RV instead. We'll be trading in the Coachmen and purchasing a new rig from them and so far they have been great to deal with!
