Called up this camping world and were able to get in two days later. They did an excellent job of diagnosing the leak and correcting it. Was a line that went to our outdoor grill. Looks like we'll be using 2 pound propane tanks as they needed to cap the line. I really appreciated Christina and the team of technicians that worked on our home! Thank you.

This is a true story…read more We took our RV to this service department for a shower pan replacement. During that repair, they cracked the top half of the shower surround, which they were supposed to replace. One month later, we have simply been told, "Sorry, it's still on order," leaving us to deal with and complete that repair ourselves. Even more seriously, during the shower pan replacement, the drain was not reconnected. We unknowingly took approximately a 20-minute shower, sending an estimated 60 gallons of water into the basement/underbelly of our RV. This resulted in multiple trips of approximately four hours each way, significant time away from work, and an enormous amount of stress trying to make sure our RV was properly inspected and repaired. Because our factory warranty had only about three weeks remaining, we made one very simple request: stand behind the consequences of the drain they failed to reconnect for one year. Water-related damage does not necessarily reveal itself immediately, and we wanted reassurance that if a problem related to this incident appeared later, we would not be left paying for their mistake. We did not ask for money. We did not ask for anything beyond them standing behind the mistake they made. I was then told our situation was being "escalated" to a higher level and that someone would contact us within two or three days. It has now been a week, and we have received zero response from anyone regarding that escalation. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When we later arrived to pick up our RV during heavy rain, the main entrance door and a basement compartment door were left open. There was standing water inside, and it took four bath-size towels to dry the saturated areas. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. This could have been an opportunity for the service department and Camping World to take responsibility, communicate clearly, and restore our confidence. Instead, every additional incident--and now the complete lack of response to an escalation--has made that confidence harder to restore. We sincerely hope our experience leads to improvements in workmanship, quality control, communication, accountability, and the procedures used to protect customers' RVs while they are in this dealership's care.

First Time buyers We just bought 2018 Jayco Jay…read moreflight265RLS First off the Sales Representative Charlie and Business Manager Kiel the were very nice helpful respectful in every possible great job guys. This young lady I thank her name is Sara that did the walk through and show us how to work every thing and what it was for did a wonderful job showing us every about our trailer, any questions we had she answered them. she even showed us every thing we would need to set up our camper once we got it. Upon inspection of our 2018 Jayco Jay Flight 265RLS. We did find a few things wrong there is a chip in the counter also where the counter is joined together behind the stove there is a gab in the counter top where the meet on both sides and over time if water or moisture were to get in there it would warp also the trim around the counter was coming off. the sink has scratches in a few places Sara told us that every thing would be fixed I told her that I want a new counter i did explain to that is a new trailer and I did not want it fixed but a new counter top and for every thing to be sealed. that I would not except delivery of our camper unless every thing was done and done right It is a brand new camper and there should be nothing wrong with it. she said she would see what could be done. We have not even used it yet so no reason for the scratches on or in the sink or a the counter to be chipped. None of that is her fault she did not build the camping trailer. It is Jayco's for not inspecting there product be for they send there camper to dealer ships to sell them. Also the dealer ship holds some responsibility too. Let see what happens and if it gets fixed and done right.

I was really excited to make my dreams of getting on the road a reality. Justin said there had been a roof leak - it looked minor to my untrained eye - and he promised it had been fixed. It had not. I brought the rig back a few weeks later after a major rain and the ceiling in the rig got worse and was clearly holding water - yikes is right! The service department said they fixed the leak on the roof - but I was told that they don't do interior ceiling panels - so nothing was done on the inside of the rig. Here we are December and I finally took matters into my own hands - and took down the ceiling panel only to find - mold, standing water and an active leak still. Here are the lessons I learned - that I hope help someone else: 1) Insist on taking your potential purchase to a mechanic to check it out 2) insist on a test drive - outside of the parking lot (that's a whole different review) 3) Don't buy an RV if the word "leak" is used at all - even if they promise (more than once) that it's been fixed 4) And don't take the salesman's word for it - get it in writing Better yet - go somewhere else to buy an RV. This is very disappointing and disheartening=
