I watched a few more helpful repair videos from Coleman and when they showed which tools were necessary for the repair of this bed bow, I realized I had two problems - . I didn't have the budget for the tools necessary to make said repairs, the space, and the time. I consulted Yelp for RV repair. There were several factors that lead me to choose Robert Schmid at En Route RV repair 1. He is by far the cheapest mobile RV repair businesses 2. He answered me first 3. He answered all my questions. 4. He asked great questions 5. He was receptive to me sending him the Coleman videos for reference 6. The other businesses I reached out to, were unavailable and referred me elsewhere or got back to me a few days later 7. I set up an appointment on a Saturday for Robert to come out to me on Monday (he does offer weekend repair, but it's more expensive and with my situation, I could wait) Monday came around and Robert showed up exactly when he said he would. He was accompanied by his daughter/assistant, Baylee, who was super helpful and a great conversationalist. Robert and I talked about the exact problem, he had the correct tools to get the job done, and he used the repair part I purchased from Coleman. Robert also let me observe his process (fixing things always interests me) and I learned a few things about my pop up in the process. Robert also made sure the functioning of the bed bow was correct after he made the repair. Because his price includes an hour of work, and the fix he did for me, was less than 60 minutes, he also talked to me about a few other details re: other repairs and maintenance about my pop-up that I was concerned about. Now, I have a plan of action for the other bits and pieces I need to manage re: using my pop-up. After Robert's visit/repair/consultation, I feel more confident about taking care of my pop-up in general and I was super satisfied with the repair that Robert made by the time he finished. His work is careful, attentive and smart. Robert also informed me that if I am out of town and run into trouble with my pop-up, he will travel. It may cost more due to distance, but sometimes that doesn't matter if you really need help. I highly recommend En Route RV Repair. It's great to read positive media coverage about the owners, but the media has failed to paint the whole picture of why they are successful. Has your truck broken down nearby? Their towing service is cheaper than the competition, but they charge unbelievably astronomical prices for their repair work (and parts) once they have you at the shop (where you have no other choice but to accept their rates).

The first thing I noticed when checking in was how very nice everyone working here is. Larry and Sharon are the couple who run it, and they are amazing! Billy and Mike are two very helpful and wonderful guys who you will find here too. Full hook-up RV and Tent camping is available. We just have a little tent and it is all we needed because they have a great clubhouse here, clean bathrooms with showers, laundry room, free wifi, and even free coffee in the morning if you like. The Moriarty area also offers a lot of great food choices, if that is important to you. Ask the staff where to go to eat, if you are a fan of bbq, they will tell you how to find a place with some of the best bbq you will find. We stopped for the night, but ended up spending a week. It felt like home.
