If you own an RV or a trailer, then do yourself a favor and go see Matthew at RV Roof Masters. I recently purchased a toy hauler that had a badly water rotted roof with broken vents everywhere. If you own an RV you know that most roof these days are made of a membrane made of a rubber compound that over time tends to degrade if not properly serviced. After inspecting the extent of the damage I decided to seek professional help. I found RV Roof Masters on Craigslist and brought my trailer to their facility. After looking at it, Matthew was able to repair my roof, saving me a ton of money by not having to replace it. Not only were they able to rebuild the water damaged areas, they also changed out all my vents with new upgraded hardware. They did this all in less than a week. My roof looks brand new again and back to factory standards. As an added they have me a 10 year warranty against leaks! The whole process was fast. Their prices are very very reasonable for the protection and piece of mind knowing that your RV isn't rotting away due to water leaks from the roof. I would recommend RV Roof Masters to every one of my friends that have an RV or a trailer. I will definitely be returning to have all my weather stripping and seals redone around my wall vents and windows through their weatherizing service. read more

I very rarely write reviews, but Matthew went so far above and beyond for me. I recently purchased a 2006 fleetwood mallard 18ft trailer. Every time it rained water was somehow getting in. I called Matthew, sent some pics, and he explained it looked like it may need a full reroof (which I kind of already knew in my heart). I told him there were a few soft spots and he said he would repair those areas too. He quoted me a price and I took my trailer to him. Matthew then went to work. He sent pictures and I couldn't believe how bad my roof was. It was full of mold, mildew, rotten wood and it was horrible. I was always wondering why the trailer had an old/musty smell. Matthew repaired everything for an amazing price and even did inside ceiling work. He is the real deal and one heck of a tradesman. It was literally drop off my rotten leaky roof trailer and pick it up ready to go with a brand new roof. Easy. Matthew also put new vent caps, fridge cover, and new a/c gasket. It's rained several times since and now my trailer is perfectly dry and smells like new again. I fully recommend this company and if anyone has any questions please message me. This very well might be the most positive experience I've ever had with any business. Thanks again Matthew. Check out my before and after pics. read more

Matthew knows his stuff! I recently bought a 2005 Jayco TT and the roof was in dire need of attention. I had a hard time finding someone reputable locally. I was lucky to find RVRM on Craigslist and sent Matthew a few pics of my roof. He quoted me a price and we set a date and time. On the date of the job Matthew was communicative when he ran into traffic and showed up ready to get the job done. The refinished roof came out great! Referrals are a testament to a job well done and I'd refer RV Roof Masters without hesitation. read more

After getting my Motorhome ready for a family trip to the desert I found my roof's rubber coating needed some help. I found Mathew online and after speaking with him felt confident to move forward on the job. Mathew was very nice, informative and saved me from spending quite a bit more for the same job from someone else. On the day of the job Mathew's brother showed up with their nephew who had just moved out here from Virginia. They were the nicest guys you could ever ask for! They worked so hard I started to feel bad for them and went and bought them cold water. My roof was a pretty big job and they worked for probably 10 hours! From what I could see they did a wonderful job and I could tell they were not just trying to get the job done but instead doing a quality job taking pride in what they were doing. At the end I felt very confident in the job I had just paid for and was grateful for having such great guys doing it. I can't express how wonderful they are. They even went as far as completely explaining everything they were doing and showing me what products they were using. As a thorough researcher I looked into the products they use and they are simply the best... on top of that they gave me a ten year warranty. I couldn't ask for more, and will refer them to any of my RV buddies who need a roof. read more

Matthew and his business manager Dawn were professional, and more. We appreciated their consideration, too. After getting an estimate for our RV where Matthew found the leaking issue, we made an appointment for a few weeks out (they're busy!). We got a call from Dawn to suggest that we cover our trailer when rain was impending. That was unexpected and very thoughtful. They ended up doing a revolt and reseal of the entire room, with repair of a section of the roof damaged by the leak, and a replacement skylight for the shower area. We were so impressed by the workmanship, professionalism, and concern. Highly recommended!!! read more

I called Matt at Roof Masters based on the photos on Craigslist and reviews on Yelp. The whole process was very professional and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend. P.S. they came all the way out to Hemet to do the job! read more

Mathew re roofed our rv that had a defective membrane. Dropped my rv off and he had it ready to pick up in 1 week. He even re skinned it with plywood, amazing. He replaced two vent fans & He taped all the seams and vents and sealed them with silicon sealant. My roof looks better than new. I highly recommend rv roof masters. read more

RV Roof Masters did a roof protection coating because the original EPDM roof was very thin and it wouldn't be long before I'd be having trouble with rain as well as on the road because the edges were starting to pull away from the seams (called shrinkage). My RV is 14 years old and has lived in both cold, wet and an extremely hot atmosphere. They used a silicone roof coating which is suppose to add years to the old roof. They say they can guarantee it for 10 years! You need to know weather you like this or the EPDM coating before you do it so do your research. They worked well together as a team, very nice guys. They answered my questions before the job and took care of my concerns after the completion.. Their attitudes are A1. They washed the RV and completely cleaned up the area before they left. I have dogs so this was important. read more

I had torn the lining on the roof of my trailer and I brought it to Rv roof Masters after finding it on yelp. I called RV Roof Masters in Costa Mesa to have the leaking roof on my motorhome repaired/replaced. I spoke with Matt who said he could repair the roof for $4500-6500 no matter what condition it was in but the maximum would be $6500.00. I was required to pay $1000.00 deposit to him to 'hold a date' for the work on my motorhome to begin. I did this with my credit card. On the assigned date, I drove from San Diego to Costa Mesa (with my wife following in her car) to drop the motorhome off. In short, when I arrived, Matt inspected the roof and said, "I can't do it. I can't fix it...even for $10,000". I had depended on him to have it fixed before I left on vacation but all he could say was, "I can't do it". I have since had the roof replaced by another company. I told Matt that I wanted my money back but he said that he would have to return it later when he got back to his office/computer. I was definitely not happy after waiting a long time to get it fixed. I was even more unhappy that after a ten minute inspection, he said that he couldn't do it at all. He wasted my time, my wife's time, gas, money and got to use the $1000.00 deposit for a month or so like a interest free loan. He eventually returned the deposit but after doing nothing, three months later, used my credit card information to take $1000.00 off my same card. I didn't discover the charge until July and called him on it. Of course, his number went to VM where I left him a message to call.....which he didn't. I called him again, he answered. I told him what he did but he denied it saying he had shredded my credit card info. I was looking at my bank statement as he spoke and advised him that it was right in front of me. He said he would have to look but would do it later and the call ended. The money was refunded after 3 or 4 days and Matt sent me a text stating "I shredded the wrong one (card).....simple mistake. You got your card refunded as I stated". He offered to pay any interest that had accrued. This is a poor way to conduct business at the least but charging my card for an additional $1000.00 three months after NOT DOING ANY WORK in the first place goes beyond poor business practices. If I could give this business less than zero stars....I would. read more

I found them on Yelp and I am very pleased with the work they did on our RV! They did it in the time that was specified and it looks amazing! If you read any reviews for this company, please read this one! Mathew is an absolute life saver! We rented a RV and ended up hitting the awning an hour after pick up =\ It was 7:30/8:00pm on a Friday night and we had to get the awning off in order to leave for our trip. (We had 3 very excited kids eager to leave) I frantically started calling places and got ahold of Mathew....after hours! He not only came to us right away, but he also didn't want us to worry about labor costs until he got us all fixed up!! When we returned from our trip, Mathew had all the parts ready. He came over on a Saturday morning to make the repair after driving all the way to San Diego to pick up the parts. The install was perfect and we cannot thank Mathew enough for his excellent customer service and time!! His price was more than reasonable and I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing roof and/or awning repair! read more

I HIGHLY recommend RV ROOF MASTERS for all your RV Roof Repair needs! I recently had a major roof failure on my 2015 RV where the rubber roofing membrane ripped and peeled back on the leading edge of my RV. I did a weeks worth of research calling at least a half a dozen RV Roof Repair companies looking for a repair quote for the damage. While speaking with Matthew he took the time and effort to provide me with a detailed explanation of how he would be able to repair the damage to my roof in a cost effective manner while also guaranteeing the roof repair for 10 years, IN WRITING!! RV Roof Masters did an AMAZING repair! making my roof look better than it did when I originally bought it factory new! Mathew was great from start to finish. We were looking for quotes and he offered to come to me instead of me hauling my trailer all the way to Newport. He was great with communication and the price was right. When we decided to move forward with Matthew he walked us through everything he was going to do plus some. He spent almost 2 hours with us doing a walk of the trailer and explaining in detail what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. He definitely put our mind at ease. During the few weeks he had the trailer he would send us pictures to show the progress. So crazy to see the before and after pics. We just got our trailer back and it looks beautiful! We had a whole new roof put on and he gave us a 10yr warranty. I would highly recommend Mathew he was very personable yet professional. Please give Mathew a call read more

Matthew did the roof on my 18 year old motorhome earlier this week. I was tired of the white streaks running down the sides all the time but hadn't noticed any leaks yet. Glad I went to him when I did as there were small cracks that were developing in near the edges that I hadn't noticed that he pointed out. He taped those up & replaced the lid of the roof vent as well & only changed me for the part. I left it with him overnight & picked it up the next day. He mentioned a couple other things that would need to be looked at in the near future & gave me an estimate on those. He also told me how to do it if I wanted to save some money....wow, who does that?!? I was impressed with him, his knowledge of all things RV, & the job he did for me. I'll be back & will gladly refer friends to him. Thanks again Matthew. read more
