As a business owner, I understand issues happen. What is important to me is how a business addresses those issues. They had gone through and checked the unit completely. When we got it home we noticed a couple of minor things and those were fixed right away. When we got ready to leave on our trip, we had one of those moments where you literally think you are going to puke. We went to flip a mattress and the board was warped. No big deal I thought. I'll just flip it over. Except for it turns out there was water under it and the bed supports had failed. Our trip was planned. I made a minor adjustment to the bed and gave them a call. My salesman called me while I was driving and told me to bring the unit in when we got back. We picked the unit up today, all the damage had been repaired, all leaks were sealed and spots that were not leaking were sealed again. Bottom line is the paperwork said used and as is but they had said if there was an issue they would take care of it and they sure as heck did. No questions asked

We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

I am not in Colorado, but our trailer IS and we were headed to the beautiful middle of nowhere (aahhh). So I needed to coordinate with The Spring Works for the proper timing of our appointment and the correct parts since we only had one day to get this done. I must have called Brian five or six times (or more) just being nervous about things going smoothly. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that it would be done right. And when I got there, smooth as silk, the job was done in maybe an hour and a half and we were on our way. Vacation saved. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks again, Brian and crew!

That shop said they could do it no problem. After 6 months of nothing being done by that shop I called Mike at The Fiberglass Shop and he was able to squeeze me in between his other jobs and have it done in 2 months. It would have been quicker but the manufacturer was slow on shipping the parts needed. They did a great job on the repair! Looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend Mike at The Fiberglass Shop to anyone that needs fiberglass repairs.

My wife and I were headed down 70 in our RV when the front airbags lost pressure around the UT/CO…read moreborder. We pulled off in Grand Junction and started making calls to find someone who could take a look, and hopefully get us back on the road within 24 hours as we were meeting up with friends for my wife's birthday. The problem with our plan was that it was 4:00 pm and every shop in town that I talked to said 'They were closing for the night, and that Grand Junction, being a small town, nobody would even look at our rig for the next 2 or 3 days'. That was, until I called Transwest Truck Trailer RV and talked to Marvin. Marvin told me that he would be working until midnight, and he would do his best to get someone to take a look at our rig, maybe not until morning as there were several jobs in the queue ahead of us, but he'd try. Well he didn't just try. He talked to Wil, one of the mechanics whose shift had just ended as we pulled in, and explained our situation. Wil clocked back in and was under our coach within half hour of our arrival. He determined the problem (bad air leveling rod bushing), rebuilt, and resecured it in under an hour and had us back on our way with barely a couple hours lost; and the cost was a lot less than it would have been at the Freightliner shop back home. I can't praise highly enough the care, courtesy, and professionalism shown us by Marvin and Wil. They went the extra mile for us and made sure our trip wasn't ruined.
